I waited on my order for almost a week and nothing came so I called and left a message and you responded and told me that you guys dropped the ball and you will get my order going the next day. So I guess you must’ve sent it overnight because it got here like two days later so all in all it was good it would’ve been better if no one dropped the ball but it was good no worries I’ll order from you again…..thanks

GBThe pricing and "2-day" Shipping convinced me All my parts showed up and in somewhat of a timely manner. The rear derailleur was not attached to anything inside the box so it was just bouncing around in there which caused a few very small blemishes but nothing that concerned me. This is my first time buying from here and I was just happy to find all the parts I needed. I had already purchased all these parts from Universal cycles (there's a local store for me) but I returned them because of how much better the price was here. I saved $112 dollars which I will be using on more parts. Their selection appears to be great and they have competitive prices.

GBUnbeatable price, excellent service The prices are unbeatable. The product is exactly what I wanted. The delivery was quicker than I expected, but I live in Salt Lake and the store is in Boulder, CO. I haven’t yet installed the derailleur on my bike, but I know that it will be perfect for my needs. SRAM Apex is the ultimate in affordable quality. Definitely do business with these guys. I can’t wait to do more with them myself.

GBFox Mainframe helmet, quick shipping Ordered a Fox Mainframe helmet. Item arrived quickly but tracking number did not work lol. Also, the helmet is new but 1 ear strap was loose, due to a locking pin which fell out (this wasn't qc checked by Fox before sending the helmet to the shop). Luckily it was a quick fix by placing the pin inside the strap lock before securing it to the helmet. Looks like it is now secure and I hope the ear strap does not come loose during a ride

GBBest customer service on the interwebz Best customer service in a while. A cross between Chic-fil-a and high end hotel Concierge. The shipping was super quick across the USofA. Wing delivered by a Bald Eagle wearing a wife beater and Jorts. Came complete with a six pack of Natty Lights and plateful of Waffle House hash browns. Most patriotic thing of beauty I’ve ever witnessed. The communication was lighting quick. They only use CB radio but the comforting tone Brian Delmotte used when he called me Good Buddy made me a customer for life. The handwritten note from the owner on the packing slip was unexpected from a Fortune 500 company but was a great touch. I had a difficult time setting up my watch since it was late at night and I was tired but they came through with the round the clock tech support and the bed time story. Thanks again for everything.
