Really pleased with my first experience… Really pleased with my first experience with Planet Cyclery. I told them about my timing needs because of an upcoming gravel race and they had my new ZIPP wheels out the door quickly. Great personal customer service. I will be doing more business with them in the future.

Best customer service on the interwebz Best customer service in a while. A cross between Chic-fil-a and high end hotel Concierge. The shipping was super quick across the USofA. Wing delivered by a Bald Eagle wearing a wife beater and Jorts. Came complete with a six pack of Natty Lights and plateful of Waffle House hash browns. Most patriotic thing of beauty I’ve ever witnessed. The communication was lighting quick. They only use CB radio but the comforting tone Brian Delmotte used when he called me Good Buddy made me a customer for life. The handwritten note from the owner on the packing slip was unexpected from a Fortune 500 company but was a great touch. I had a difficult time setting up my watch since it was late at night and I was tired but they came through with the round the clock tech support and the bed time story. Thanks again for everything.

Fenix 6 The Fenix 6 represents a big improvement over using an iWatch or my previous Forerunner 235 to record my runs and rides. I've yet to delve into all the features but the screen clarity makes it easy to view basic data at a glance while moving. Price and shipping through Planet Cyclery where excellent!

Great purchase I ordered my bike rack through the website but about 2 days later received an email with a coupon for $100 off. I called planet cyclery and although it took a few days and another phone call they gave me a refund to honor the coupon. Everyone I spoke with was kind and happy to help! I will definitely purchase from them again. My Saris bike rack is perfect, arrived with fast free shipping. Very happy with my experience!

Campagnolo crankset listed a new, should be 'open box.' Purchased Campagnolo carbon crankset listed as 'new', i.e., in original box. Arrived in a large carton, with only a bit of paper to protect, and with some inevitable nicks on left crank arm from chainwheel. Not worth the hassle of returning as probably OK structurally, but certainly not what I expected to receive.
