I waited on my order for almost a week and nothing came so I called and left a message and you responded and told me that you guys dropped the ball and you will get my order going the next day. So I guess you must’ve sent it overnight because it got here like two days later so all in all it was good it would’ve been better if no one dropped the ball but it was good no worries I’ll order from you again…..thanks

Being protected while I protect others... I was in the market for a mountain bike helmet because I am a ski patroller on a mountain that also has a bike patrol. They were offering an open box item at a clearance price in the perfect colors for ski patrol, but I had a first responder discount from another vendor for the same helmet in a different color. I reached out, and they matched the first responder discount so I could patrol in style! They were fast, friendly, updated me, and the helmet came in exactly as described. Fox Mainframe helmet, quick shipping Ordered a Fox Mainframe helmet. Item arrived quickly but tracking number did not work lol. Also, the helmet is new but 1 ear strap was loose, due to a locking pin which fell out (this wasn't qc checked by Fox before sending the helmet to the shop). Luckily it was a quick fix by placing the pin inside the strap lock before securing it to the helmet. Looks like it is now secure and I hope the ear strap does not come loose during a ride

The parts I ordered shipped promptly… The parts I ordered shipped promptly and were exactly as I had ordered. Unfortunately I decided on a different upgrade for one part. The great thing about this store is that they sent me an RMA right away no questions asked. Overall a great experience. I will not hesitate to use them in the future and recommend them to others.
