GBGotta have the worse web team of any… Gotta have the worse web team of any internet based cycling company. ie. Go to theres or Colorado Cyclist website and type in the search bar any brand like Endura. Hit the search and they show more than 1300 items however you can only see about 20. Additionally twice I e placed orders and never received a notification or shipping and had to call to find out WT F? To their credit they acknowledged the error and upgraded the shipping. Last, I ordered a Castelli jacket that ended up not fitting so I returned it. Was notified by UPS that they received the return but never got a PayPal notice of a refund. I totally forgot for about a week to follow up with them and when I did they couldn’t explain why I didn’t get a refund but promptly refunded the money whil I was on the phone. In today’s internet based shopping world one shouldn’t have to suffer a terrible website, missed shipping and having to call for a freaking refund! Again, to their credit they did ship, refund etc but only after I called them. Big hassle

GBThey have the goods As we all know, bike components are difficult to find. Planet Cyclery was able to deliver two SRAM Rival cassettes with 2-day shipping compared to 2-month lead times from other suppliers.

GBThe parts I ordered shipped promptly… The parts I ordered shipped promptly and were exactly as I had ordered. Unfortunately I decided on a different upgrade for one part. The great thing about this store is that they sent me an RMA right away no questions asked. Overall a great experience. I will not hesitate to use them in the future and recommend them to others.

GBFast shipping and great customer support Fair price and fast shipping. My item was missing its charging cord, but after a quick phone call Planet Cyclery customer support sent one via overnight shipping and I had it the very next day. I'm very pleased with the quick and helpful service.

GBCampagnolo crankset listed a new, should be 'open box.' Purchased Campagnolo carbon crankset listed as 'new', i.e., in original box. Arrived in a large carton, with only a bit of paper to protect, and with some inevitable nicks on left crank arm from chainwheel. Not worth the hassle of returning as probably OK structurally, but certainly not what I expected to receive.
