Unfortunately the size on-line didn't match what they had in stock. Nik quickly responded via email to notify me and see if there were any other sizes I would be interested in. In addition, he offered a discount (the price of shipping) on one of their newest e-bikes this spring once it became available. I’m very impressed at the way things were handled, especially the customer service, and would recommend anyone shopping for a bike on-line go straight to ABC.

He worked through the CA wildfires, and he was also so prompt, kind, and helpful. The bikes are beautiful and the people of this company are incredible!

Great service My son could not be happier with his bike. They did not have the bike we ordered originally and they got in touch with me promptly and offered two great alternatives options. Shipped quickly, it was a pretty seamless experience even with changing the original bike. Great service!
