Four not five stars because I was disappointed that I did not get a response to my web inquiry within 24 hours, so I ended up calling. The call went directly to someone who could answer my questions and was clearly familiar with the product. When I ordered, I had a question that I included on the submission that resulted in a quick return call to clear up. The wheels were shipped really fast. Very well packaged and complete. Pricing was best I could find online. I will def look back to these guys for future bike purchases.

Company has a personal touch even if you're an internet customer. Shipping was quicker than expected, as quick as it would have been pre-COVID. The bike got here in great condition, nothing missing from the box. There was one error that was corrected quickly, within an hour of a phone call. I was looking to upgrade an older bike… I was looking to upgrade an older bike with a Shimano Nexus 3 Speed Wheel Set. Nik was extremely helpful in helping me understand exactly what is need and selecting the right size wheels, tires and tubes, All of these were shipped to me assembled including the rim liners. Excellent service, Great buying experience for me.

seriously amazing I cannot speak highly enough of this company. Nik worked directly with me for two months, as FedEx kept messing up the delivery. He worked through the CA wildfires, and he was also so prompt, kind, and helpful. The bikes are beautiful and the people of this company are incredible!
