Our experienced team makes sure that the size is correct and also makes sure that you get any accessories that you are looking for to make your riding experience perfect with everything that you will need. All bikes shipped from our facility are inspected by our mechanics to make sure that you receive a bike in great working order. Our inspection also activates your FULL warranty without having to take the bike to a licenced dealer for final assembly. When you call in, there are no long option menus to reach a real person. When we pick up you'll talk to a real cyclist right here in the San Diego California. We're all bike people here with years of knowledge, experience, and a love for riding. Super Service Oriented - and great bike! I ordered the bike online and had it shipped to my 12 yr old granddaughter who loves the color and style. Her father assembled it and found that the the front wheel is so badly warped during shipping that it couldn't be ridden. I left a message requesting that they contact me. The company was quick to follow up with me and assured me that they would fully reimburse for the repair. Great response time and great customer service!

seriously amazing I cannot speak highly enough of this company. Nik worked directly with me for two months, as FedEx kept messing up the delivery. He worked through the CA wildfires, and he was also so prompt, kind, and helpful. The bikes are beautiful and the people of this company are incredible!

This the second bicycle I have… This the second bicycle I have purchased from ABC and I am completely satisfied. The bikes are easy to put together and work very well right out of the shipping box. The directions are easy to follow and with basic minor checks and adjustments they perform flawlessly.

Single to Three Speed Conversion Ordered parts to convert my single speed cruiser bike to a three speed. ABC offered the right wheels, Nexus hub and shifters at the right price, and they showed up quickly. The instructions provided by Shimano were not in the box, so I had find the 3i adjustment procedure online, but that was minor. I had to re-dish both wheels so that the tires would be centered, but as stated on the packaging material, these parts are intended for a qualified shop, and fortunately I have a truing stand and dishing tool. All in all, this was an excellent buy, and ABC provided an outstanding customer experience.

26 inch GT Pro Series… I bought a 26 inch GT Pro Series Heritage for $500 incl shipping. Shipped in 1 day and was packed outstanding. Almost all put together and what was left to put on was simple. I did have a difficult loosening the hex screws on the neck to attach the handle bars but once loose, attached bars easily. ABC communicated by email and the transaction was simple. Enclosed free small taillight also. Would def buy from them again.
