Our experienced team makes sure that the size is correct and also makes sure that you get any accessories that you are looking for to make your riding experience perfect with everything that you will need. All bikes shipped from our facility are inspected by our mechanics to make sure that you receive a bike in great working order. Our inspection also activates your FULL warranty without having to take the bike to a licenced dealer for final assembly. When you call in, there are no long option menus to reach a real person. When we pick up you'll talk to a real cyclist right here in the San Diego California. We're all bike people here with years of knowledge, experience, and a love for riding. Enjoying tandem cruiser - shipping damage issue resolved with great service! I'm amending a previous review since the issue has been resolved quickly and with great customer service. I previously wrote a 3-star review because the bike arrived damaged. I am revising that to a 5-star rating because Nik was highly communicative in making things right. I provided some pictures of the damage, and expediently received replacement parts, which are exactly what was needed. Problem solved! I really appreciate the friendly assistance. We get lots of compliments and have a blast riding our new (and now functional) Schwinn Tango tandem cruiser!

Super Service Oriented - and great bike! I ordered the bike online and had it shipped to my 12 yr old granddaughter who loves the color and style. Her father assembled it and found that the the front wheel is so badly warped during shipping that it couldn't be ridden. I left a message requesting that they contact me. The company was quick to follow up with me and assured me that they would fully reimburse for the repair. Great response time and great customer service!

Company has a personal touch even if you're an internet customer. Shipping was quicker than expected, as quick as it would have been pre-COVID. The bike got here in great condition, nothing missing from the box. There was one error that was corrected quickly, within an hour of a phone call. Great service My son could not be happier with his bike. They did not have the bike we ordered originally and they got in touch with me promptly and offered two great alternatives options. Shipped quickly, it was a pretty seamless experience even with changing the original bike. Great service!
