Nik was extremely helpful in helping me understand exactly what is need and selecting the right size wheels, tires and tubes, All of these were shipped to me assembled including the rim liners. Excellent service, Great buying experience for me.

They have a great selection of bikes… They have a great selection of bikes for any type of riding. Liked the prices so much I ended up purchasing a discounted electric bike on-line through ABC. Unfortunately the size on-line didn't match what they had in stock. Nik quickly responded via email to notify me and see if there were any other sizes I would be interested in. In addition, he offered a discount (the price of shipping) on one of their newest e-bikes this spring once it became available. I’m very impressed at the way things were handled, especially the customer service, and would recommend anyone shopping for a bike on-line go straight to ABC.

Wheelset was not as described Wheelset was not as described. No information as to how to contact with problem. An email to company about issue went unanswered. My only recourse is to donate unusable wheelset to a local bike charity.

This the second bicycle I have… This the second bicycle I have purchased from ABC and I am completely satisfied. The bikes are easy to put together and work very well right out of the shipping box. The directions are easy to follow and with basic minor checks and adjustments they perform flawlessly.

Very pleased with America's Bike…Top Notch Service Very pleased with America's Bike Company when first ordered it took a couple(2) days longer than I expected to get my wheels shipped, but I understand being short staffed, but had problems with the Nexus 3spd. wheel. I called them and they shipped a replacement the same day, so I must say their customer service is top notch, thanks ABC.
