The bike was thoroughly inspected… The bike was thoroughly inspected before shipment. It was shipped on time. During the assemble, the rear pedal tread worn-out by mistake. I called Mr. Nik of Americas Bike Company about this issue. Without hesitation, he promised to send me a replacement. The ABC customers service is the best, they are very professional, and courteous. I called ABC for a guide before I started the assemble, a YouTube link was email that guided me through the steps. I am awaiting the new pedal delivery. You can see the quality of Schwinn Tango Tandem Cruiser Bike life. The bike looks elegant, and it's extremely beautiful, I can't wait to get my wife on it for a ride.

Bike order experience I was happy with the price, and communication. The person I spoke to when I called was very helpful and advised on expected delivery timing etc. I was a bit surprised when the bike was delivered how much assembly was expected. It’s beyond my capability and there weren’t any instructions provided. I expected it to be setup with minimal assembly required. I had to take it to a local bike store to build it for me.

26 inch GT Pro Series… I bought a 26 inch GT Pro Series Heritage for $500 incl shipping. Shipped in 1 day and was packed outstanding. Almost all put together and what was left to put on was simple. I did have a difficult loosening the hex screws on the neck to attach the handle bars but once loose, attached bars easily. ABC communicated by email and the transaction was simple. Enclosed free small taillight also. Would def buy from them again.

Thumbs Up! My first purchase experience with Americas Bike Company was very good. Four not five stars because I was disappointed that I did not get a response to my web inquiry within 24 hours, so I ended up calling. The call went directly to someone who could answer my questions and was clearly familiar with the product. When I ordered, I had a question that I included on the submission that resulted in a quick return call to clear up. The wheels were shipped really fast. Very well packaged and complete. Pricing was best I could find online. I will def look back to these guys for future bike purchases.

Wheelset was not as described Wheelset was not as described. No information as to how to contact with problem. An email to company about issue went unanswered. My only recourse is to donate unusable wheelset to a local bike charity.
