GBBike order experience I was happy with the price, and communication. The person I spoke to when I called was very helpful and advised on expected delivery timing etc. I was a bit surprised when the bike was delivered how much assembly was expected. It’s beyond my capability and there weren’t any instructions provided. I expected it to be setup with minimal assembly required. I had to take it to a local bike store to build it for me.

GBI was looking to upgrade an older bike… I was looking to upgrade an older bike with a Shimano Nexus 3 Speed Wheel Set. Nik was extremely helpful in helping me understand exactly what is need and selecting the right size wheels, tires and tubes, All of these were shipped to me assembled including the rim liners. Excellent service, Great buying experience for me.

GBI haven’t done business Nic but I… I haven’t done business with Nic but I took a tour of his shop he is a very knowledgeable and determined individual I immediately liked his style I was given some free samples ect. Before leaving When I need bike parts I know where I’ll be going and recommend you do the same
