The bike got here in great condition, nothing missing from the box. There was one error that was corrected quickly, within an hour of a phone call. Four not five stars because I was disappointed that I did not get a response to my web inquiry within 24 hours, so I ended up calling. The call went directly to someone who could answer my questions and was clearly familiar with the product. When I ordered, I had a question that I included on the submission that resulted in a quick return call to clear up. The wheels were shipped really fast. Very well packaged and complete. Pricing was best I could find online. I will def look back to these guys for future bike purchases.
