We deliver personal customer service over the phone or email to make sure that you get the right bike for what you're looking to do. Don't know what size you need? Our experienced team makes sure that the size is correct and also makes sure that you get any accessories that you are looking for to make your riding experience perfect with everything that you will need. All bikes shipped from our facility are inspected by our mechanics to make sure that you receive a bike in great working order. Our inspection also activates your FULL warranty without having to take the bike to a licenced dealer for final assembly. When you call in, there are no long option menus to reach a real person. When we pick up you'll talk to a real cyclist right here in the San Diego California. We're all bike people here with years of knowledge, experience, and a love for riding. Enjoying tandem cruiser - shipping damage issue resolved with great service! I'm amending a previous review since the issue has been resolved quickly and with great customer service. I previously wrote a 3-star review because the bike arrived damaged. I am revising that to a 5-star rating because Nik was highly communicative in making things right. I provided some pictures of the damage, and expediently received replacement parts, which are exactly what was needed. Problem solved! I really appreciate the friendly assistance. We get lots of compliments and have a blast riding our new (and now functional) Schwinn Tango tandem cruiser!

Very pleased with America's Bike…Top Notch Service Very pleased with America's Bike Company when first ordered it took a couple(2) days longer than I expected to get my wheels shipped, but I understand being short staffed, but had problems with the Nexus 3spd. wheel. I called them and they shipped a replacement the same day, so I must say their customer service is top notch, thanks ABC.

seriously amazing I cannot speak highly enough of this company. Nik worked directly with me for two months, as FedEx kept messing up the delivery. He worked through the CA wildfires, and he was also so prompt, kind, and helpful. The bikes are beautiful and the people of this company are incredible!

I was looking to upgrade an older bike… I was looking to upgrade an older bike with a Shimano Nexus 3 Speed Wheel Set. Nik was extremely helpful in helping me understand exactly what is need and selecting the right size wheels, tires and tubes, All of these were shipped to me assembled including the rim liners. Excellent service, Great buying experience for me.
