I was looking to upgrade an older bike… I was looking to upgrade an older bike with a Shimano Nexus 3 Speed Wheel Set. Nik was extremely helpful in helping me understand exactly what is need and selecting the right size wheels, tires and tubes, All of these were shipped to me assembled including the rim liners. Excellent service, Great buying experience for me.

Best service ever Best service ever! I had a minor tub issue and delivery delay (which was FEDEX's fault). However, Nik really took care of me and addressed the issue very professionally. I'm very grateful to Nik for making the overall purchase experience a very pleasant one. Thanks again Nik!

They have a great selection of bikes… They have a great selection of bikes for any type of riding. Liked the prices so much I ended up purchasing a discounted electric bike on-line through ABC. Unfortunately the size on-line didn't match what they had in stock. Nik quickly responded via email to notify me and see if there were any other sizes I would be interested in. In addition, he offered a discount (the price of shipping) on one of their newest e-bikes this spring once it became available. I’m very impressed at the way things were handled, especially the customer service, and would recommend anyone shopping for a bike on-line go straight to ABC.

I haven’t done business Nic but I… I haven’t done business with Nic but I took a tour of his shop he is a very knowledgeable and determined individual I immediately liked his style I was given some free samples ect. Before leaving When I need bike parts I know where I’ll be going and recommend you do the same

Thumbs Up! My first purchase experience with Americas Bike Company was very good. Four not five stars because I was disappointed that I did not get a response to my web inquiry within 24 hours, so I ended up calling. The call went directly to someone who could answer my questions and was clearly familiar with the product. When I ordered, I had a question that I included on the submission that resulted in a quick return call to clear up. The wheels were shipped really fast. Very well packaged and complete. Pricing was best I could find online. I will def look back to these guys for future bike purchases.
