OptiBike Review Many years ago my sister blessed me with my first Optibike it was used a 2009 to be exact. It arrived in around two weeks from purchasing date. When it did I was unfamiliar with it and broke the chin almost instantly. I call in and they sent me not only the chain but also the sprocket set for free however he did tell me to take it a little easier on it and i did. It served me well for many years riding it from full charge which at the time was about 50 miles. I have recently ordered another one that battery is over 300 miles. I have done my research and in my studies I have not found another EBike that goes as far or preforms anything close to it. Costumer service is always very polite and informative. The owner that I have talked to many times he is actually getting ready to send me his personal bike right now with the 300+ battery on it to save me alittle money and a respect that very much and it is very rare especially this day in time. Flawless Performance and reliability have been flawless for a year. I do worry about the logistics of repair when or if that becomes necessary

I bought an Allroad a few years ago and… I bought an Allroad a few years ago and have really enjoyed the bike. Great workout when I want it, and easy riding when I don’t. I spent a lot of decades pushing things to the limit, but now I can control things! Great service from these guys as well. Very happy!
