Jim Turner is an amazing human being… Jim Turner is an amazing human being and I thouroughly enjoyed giving him my business for electric bikes. No other seller I encountered came close to being as knowledgeable as Jim, as well as able to share that knowledge at a beginner level.

Flawless Performance and reliability have been flawless for a year. I do worry about the logistics of repair when or if that becomes necessary

These bikes still appear to be quiet… These bikes still appear to be quiet the bike with all the low power slow moving Chinese bikes; opti bikes are like a breadth of fresh air. The ride feels un inhibited like you are free in the wind. A couple on road bikes decided to pass me on a narrow dirt trail in which the speed I was doing felt comfortable; they seemed to pass me like I was another slow ebike. The trail went back to concrete and was quiet wider I passed them in just a few seconds and they scoffed at me and stopped. It was very odd but I kept going with a smile on my face and my pedals still like they were frozen in place.
