Good Job Tuff Stuff I've been very pleased with Tuff Stuff Overland. I placed an order through a social media ad and fully expected to be put in a "block" of orders and shipment to take a significant amount of time. All products were packaged well and shipped in a day or two! I had my complete order at my doorstep in barely a week. I thought that was impressive considering the current commerce situation. Alpha II Delivery of my tent took a long time, mostly because of port delays caused by COVID-19 impact on labor. The tuff-sfuff team did a great job communicating and providing updates.

Customer service Great company to work with. Had damaged merchandise,sent email about the issue and in less than 10 hrs a company representative handled the problem.
