First ever rooftop tent so I don't have… First ever rooftop tent so I don't have a great point of comparison but I do spent a fair amount of time outside and this thing is rad. I couldn't believe how much cheaper it was than other rooftop tents and it seems very durable. I've used it twice so far and been very pleased. It's easy to put and take down, even the initial assembly was pretty easy. In fact, the installation manual was fantastic. Color photos, clean diagrams, plus clear and concise constructions. Very much appreciated. I can't see what else I would want or get out of a tent from another brand that costs 50-100% more. Highly recommended.

Well built and cheap tents & excellent customer service Tents are reasonable cheap and well built, using great materials. I had mine for a month and I have been using it daily because I am on a road trip and, zero problems! Shipping was free and fast! Customer service excellent!! I would recommend to buy from them!

Amazing customer service, friendliest people I've had a couple issues but when I've notified the company they've gone so much further than necessary to make it right, even on the things where it's been a simple "Hey, just have the warehouse keep an eye on this". Always excellent service, will always be a repeat customer

Good Job Tuff Stuff I've been very pleased with Tuff Stuff Overland. I placed an order through a social media ad and fully expected to be put in a "block" of orders and shipment to take a significant amount of time. All products were packaged well and shipped in a day or two! I had my complete order at my doorstep in barely a week. I thought that was impressive considering the current commerce situation. I'll definitely be back.

Need an aftermarket roof rack. Would have been nice to know. I purchased my roof rack based on the weight requirements in the listing for the tent I bought. There were no other dimensions or requirements listed telling the customer that I needed an aftermarket rack. There were no details listing how narrow the crossbars would need to be. When I got my tent and realized that I wouldn’t be able to use it with the equipment that I had, I reached out for more info and after having to reach out twice for help, I was told “it’s pretty easy to cut your own” Terrible service and I have not been able to use my tent yet. I was so excited to post photos with a great review as many others have, but I am so disappointed.
