Delayed AND mis-shipped RTT I pre-purchased the Alpha II IN EARLY Jan 2021 with a promised delivery date of Feb. The 1st update on delivery was in fact Feb - the last week! The RTT finally arrived the beginning of Apr 2021. For that, I cancelled 2 trips as a result. The kicker - I was shipped the wrong tent - the Alpha which is larger, heavier and more than I wanted. Herego, the exact reason I ordered the Alpha II. Knowing - after I uncrated, de-pkg'd - that further delays and yet another trip would have to be cancelled, I opted to stick with the Alpha. Have to say I am disappointed.

Good Customer Service! I was very pleased with Tuff Stuff Overland. They were upfront with some expected delays at time of purchase. They kept me informed of shipment status through the process. When my tent arrived damaged by carrier, I was able to speak with representative on phone and they started the replacement process immediately! I received my replacement via a different carrier about a week later in time for a already planned trip!! I cant wait to try the tent out!

Alpha II Delivery of my tent took a long time, mostly because of port delays caused by COVID-19 impact on labor. The tuff-sfuff team did a great job communicating and providing updates.

No Complaints on product or quality No Complaints on product or quality. Holding up well during drives. I did mount the L brackets with galvanized carriage bolts that fit it the Jeep OEM roof rack channel better. I wouldn’t buy this anywhere else then factory direct. Some Amazon reviews seem to have have knock off fake copies being sold through them. Buy only from factory website

Awesome Product Awesome Product! Then tent is very tall and roomy. My wife and I have done two trips and loved it! Looking forward to many more to come!
