Amazing customer service, friendliest people I've had a couple issues but when I've notified the company they've gone so much further than necessary to make it right, even on the things where it's been a simple "Hey, just have the warehouse keep an eye on this". Always excellent service, will always be a repeat customer

Alpha II Delivery of my tent took a long time, mostly because of port delays caused by COVID-19 impact on labor. The tuff-sfuff team did a great job communicating and providing updates.

Great Company with solid craftsmanship… Great Company with solid craftsmanship and detail. Very happy with my Alpha 2! Side note: Freight shipping company could be a different story, make sure to follow the shipment closely as you might need to make special plans when it arrives in the local area.

I am giving 4 stars as I haven’t really… I am giving 4 stars as I haven’t really used the tent just yet but the process of ordering and getting updates about the delivery were great. Also, everything I needed to mount it to my bed rack was included and fit as expected. I am excited to get out of the concrete jungle and put the Alpha II to the test.
