I reached out with a problem - I couldn't get the head of my inflater to unscrew. Karyn answered immediately and sent me a new inflater (and pointed out that they are warrantied for life). 2 great reasons to keep buying them!

Needed replacements for my old non… Needed replacements for my old non treaded CO holder. I wanted to keep my holder since it slips inside and your hand remain safe due to the cold temperatures the cartridges can create. Seems that local bike shops don't carry non treaded styles anymore.

Lifetime Warranty and then some Long time customer, first time with an issue. Inflator was ~15 years old, needed seals. They promptly sent out a whole new inflator package with CO2. They definitely honor the lifetime warranty!

Well, you could do a little bit better Well, you got my address wrong so the first attempt by UPS was unsuccessful and the next two attempts by UPS to the correct address were unsuccessful. I ended up having to pick up the package at the UPS facility. I don’t know...I was rather annoyed by all this but I have the package.
