Good Experience So few companies actually live up to the lifetime guarantee these days. I had a very old air chuck, probably 15 years old. It stopped sealing against the valve stem, they replaced it with no drama. Much appreciated!

I owned a previous model for over 10… I owned a previous model for over 10 years. I recently replaced it with newer model. My personal tip is to always make sure your new tube’s presta valve is open before you attempt to inflate.

Got a new mountain bike and needed an… Got a new mountain bike and needed an inflator to go with it. Ordered the updated version of the inflator i have been using on my road bike for over 15 years and it met all my expectations. It may be a few extra ounces but the straight forward trigger mechanism works every time. Had the occasion to help a fellow cyclist repair a flat recently... their inflator was going through CO2 rather quickly but my GI inflator got the job done straight away... very reliable.

I explained my issues and Genuine Innovations had no questions and REPLACED MY PRODUCT FREE OF CHARGE. GI has found a customer for life because of their awesome service AND them standing behind their products. Finding a company that does both nowadays is a rarity. Customer service is great and the co2… Customer service is great and the co2 inflator has been my favorite since I bought my first one in 2012. There have been occasional issues with the seal, but the pump works so well that it is worth using.
