Ordered the updated version of the inflator i have been using on my road bike for over 15 years and it met all my expectations. It may be a few extra ounces but the straight forward trigger mechanism works every time. Had the occasion to help a fellow cyclist repair a flat recently... their inflator was going through CO2 rather quickly but my GI inflator got the job done straight away... very reliable.

I owned a previous model for over 10… I owned a previous model for over 10 years. I recently replaced it with newer model. My personal tip is to always make sure your new tube’s presta valve is open before you attempt to inflate.

Quality Products Quality Customer Service I had an old, maybe 10-years or so, Superflate that took 12 gram non-threaded CO2 cartridges. It served me very well for many years. It eventually quit working and the next day I contacted Genuine Innovations. They replaced it with the new model which takes 20 gram non-threaded cartridges. I had the replacement in hand within about a week of contacting Genuine Innovations. Great customer service. From my experience I recommend Genuine Innovations, for me their products deliver many years of reliable service and the company stands behind their products. Thank you.

I don't generally give 5 star ratings… I don't generally give 5 star ratings because something could always be better but honestly, I don't think anything could have been here. I reached out with a problem - I couldn't get the head of my inflater to unscrew. Karyn answered immediately and sent me a new inflater (and pointed out that they are warrantied for life). 2 great reasons to keep buying them!
