I reached out with a problem - I couldn't get the head of my inflater to unscrew. Karyn answered immediately and sent me a new inflater (and pointed out that they are warrantied for life). 2 great reasons to keep buying them!

I owned a previous model for over 10… I owned a previous model for over 10 years. I recently replaced it with newer model. My personal tip is to always make sure your new tube’s presta valve is open before you attempt to inflate.

Quality Products Quality Customer Service I had an old, maybe 10-years or so, Superflate that took 12 gram non-threaded CO2 cartridges. It served me very well for many years. It eventually quit working and the next day I contacted Genuine Innovations. They replaced it with the new model which takes 20 gram non-threaded cartridges. I had the replacement in hand within about a week of contacting Genuine Innovations. Great customer service. From my experience I recommend Genuine Innovations, for me their products deliver many years of reliable service and the company stands behind their products. Thank you.

Customer service is great and the co2… Customer service is great and the co2 inflator has been my favorite since I bought my first one in 2012. There have been occasional issues with the seal, but the pump works so well that it is worth using.

My CO2 inflator began leaking after 15… My CO2 inflator began leaking after 15 years! I sent an email for my lifetime warranty and received an new one with CO2 cartridges and absolutely no hassles. I now have three Genuine Innovations inflators and will continue to only buy their products. Great company and products.
