GBLifetime Warranty and then some Long time customer, first time with an issue. Inflator was ~15 years old, needed seals. They promptly sent out a whole new inflator package with CO2. They definitely honor the lifetime warranty!

GBI had some problems with an ultraflate… I had some problems with an Ultraflate I bought and I received some of the best customer service I’ve ever had with a product. I explained my issues and Genuine Innovations had no questions and REPLACED MY PRODUCT FREE OF CHARGE. GI has found a customer for life because of their awesome service AND them standing behind their products. Finding a company that does both nowadays is a rarity. When I do find that, I will go out of my way to continue to buy from that company. Keep Up the great work GI! Thank you so much!

GBWell, you could do a little bit better Well, you got my address wrong so the first attempt by UPS was unsuccessful and the next two attempts by UPS to the correct address were unsuccessful. I ended up having to pick up the package at the UPS facility. I don’t know...I was rather annoyed by all this but I have the package.

GBWas totally amazed by the CUSTOMER SERVICE & SUPPORT… Was totally amazed by the customer service and support offered by Fanessa Parkerson. Have been a customer and ULTRAFLATE user for 10+ years...bailing me out too many time to count. I truly appreciate the quick turn-a-round and look forward to trying out the new upgraded ULTRAFLATE replacement sent...but hopefully not too soon! Thank You for all the support!!!

GBA pain-free customer service experience. The customer service department took a couple days to respond, but was great to work with and fast to correct my issue. They stood by their guarantee and got me a replacement airchuck for my faulty one quickly.
