Have been a customer and ULTRAFLATE user for 10+ years...bailing me out too many time to count. I truly appreciate the quick turn-a-round and look forward to trying out the new upgraded ULTRAFLATE replacement sent...but hopefully not too soon! Thank You for all the support!!!

Customer service is great and the co2… Customer service is great and the co2 inflator has been my favorite since I bought my first one in 2012. There have been occasional issues with the seal, but the pump works so well that it is worth using.

Had to get one... I purchased the Genuine Innovations Microflate Nano because I know someone who uses one. Now I have one, and it is excellent. It lightened my load, and doesn't take up much space. I carry a 20 gram and a 16 gram cylinder. use it for mountain and road cycling-oh, cyclocross too. I recommend this product.
