disappointed, they cancel order without explanation. Ordered a beach cruiser 4/14/20 for our daughters 13th birthday May 20th. Received an email from them 10 days later cancelling the order saying it was at our request. Zero communication from the company. When I checked their website it said they’re not taking new orders between 4/16-5/1???? Now my daughter isn’t getting the bike she wanted for her birthday and I’ve still received no explanation or email from the company why the order was cancelled, though I placed it before the 16th. Pretty disappointing.

Peter was awesome !! Peter was awesome !!! Along with the customer group. unfortunatley I had a couple of issues with the bike, however I was reimbursed for the repair. Peter was always polite and treated me very well. Not not many companies will put the customer first and they did. If I purchase another bike, this is the company that I will go to. west coast feel to the east coast Ordering my beach cruiser from Beach bikes was great. It was very easy to assembly after its delivery by just following the online video. I did come across an issue trying to assemble the rear rack, but their bike mechanic helped my within minutes. The bike is great, the ride is smooth. Considering I live on the east coast, this bike and Beachbikes themselves made me feel like I walked into their shop in the west coast and rode off with the new bike. Love the fact that I can now have the smooth ride around the neighborhood...

As soon as I purchased my son’s bike… As soon as I purchased my son’s bike online I received an email straight away. I also had a phone call from Beachbikes Letting me know the bike was available for collection. Fantastic service, extremely friendly and knowledgeable and my son loves his new bike. Would highly recommend buying your next bike from here!!

Ordered a beach cruiser for my 10 year… Ordered a beach cruiser for my 10 year old daughter - she had been saving her money for a bike, but it had to be mint green! Arrived earlier than estimated, and she just loves it! She rides it everytime she can, but the weather isn't being very cooperative. More than happy with the outstanding support that Beachbikes provides - I think I may just get a new bike also!!
