Firm Strong Bruiser 7 Speed Customer service seems to be great but bike is lacking. * bike had scratches on it from shipping although it seemed to be packed very well ***** shifts smoothly through all 7 speeds * crusier seat is terribly uncomfortable Overall rating is ok. Would not purchase another firm strong bike again. Bike is comparable to a cruiser that you could buy at walmart.

Beautiful bike! Wonderful customer service! Lara was wonderful to work with. She responded to all of my emails promptly. Very helpful to me in selecting the best color accessories! The bike arrived quickly, in perfect condition! Beautiful bike! My 9 year old granddaughter will be thrilled with her Christmas gift! Will definitely recommend Beachbikes to family and friends!

Peter was awesome !! Peter was awesome !!! Along with the customer group. unfortunatley I had a couple of issues with the bike, however I was reimbursed for the repair. Peter was always polite and treated me very well. Not not many companies will put the customer first and they did. If I purchase another bike, this is the company that I will go to. Very satisfied with my Beachbikes purchase. Ordering from Beachbikes was easy. Bike assembly was pretty straight forward, although specific instructions for my bike model (Urban LRD), as opposed to the more generic instructions included, would have been helpful. But a quick call to Beach Bikes cleared up my questions. Fit and finish on the bike seems great so far. Would recommend Beachbikes to others and buy from again.
