Very satisfied with my Beachbikes purchase. Ordering from Beachbikes was easy. Bike assembly was pretty straight forward, although specific instructions for my bike model (Urban LRD), as opposed to the more generic instructions included, would have been helpful. But a quick call to Beach Bikes cleared up my questions. Fit and finish on the bike seems great so far. Would recommend Beachbikes to others and buy from again.

If you're not riding, you're dying! Wow, bike came today... Firmstrong Urban Stretch Cruiser. What a beauty. From the west coast to the east coast, it took 7 days for FedEx to battle the rains and drop the bike off at my door. I documented the assembly step by step from the box opening. Was super easy to put it together! Bike came in perfect condition. NO MISSING PARTS, PIECES OR HARDWARE! General supplied directions were sufficient. Bike came 80% assembled and the rest was fairly self explanatory. I'm very happy with this purchase, no regrets.

Ordered a beach cruiser for my 10 year… Ordered a beach cruiser for my 10 year old daughter - she had been saving her money for a bike, but it had to be mint green! Arrived earlier than estimated, and she just loves it! She rides it everytime she can, but the weather isn't being very cooperative. More than happy with the outstanding support that Beachbikes provides - I think I may just get a new bike also!!

Cool bike Cool bike. Nice to ride. Never got a response from email support guy but maybe I wasn't supposed to respond via email. When I called number for support (easy quick adjustment) they were very helpful & wanted me to be happy with my purchase. I am very pleased as my kid really loves riding his new cruiser!
