Firm Strong Bruiser 7 Speed Customer service seems to be great but bike is lacking. * bike had scratches on it from shipping although it seemed to be packed very well ***** shifts smoothly through all 7 speeds * crusier seat is terribly uncomfortable Overall rating is ok. Would not purchase another firm strong bike again. Bike is comparable to a cruiser that you could buy at walmart.

Urban cruisers I purchased 3 urban cruiser bikes 2 lady 1 men (all 3 single speed coaster brakes). Lady bikes shipping tracker was updated, but 3rd bike was not. But bike did arrive the day it said. The "owner" emailed me, claimed there was gonna be a bike mechanic assigned to me, never received any assistance from them. But the bike were very easy to assemble without assistance. My daughters ride their bikes every day!!!

I also had a phone call from Beachbikes Letting me know the bike was available for collection. Fantastic service, extremely friendly and knowledgeable and my son loves his new bike. west coast feel to the east coast Ordering my beach cruiser from Beach bikes was great. It was very easy to assembly after its delivery by just following the online video. I did come across an issue trying to assemble the rear rack, but their bike mechanic helped my within minutes. The bike is great, the ride is smooth. Considering I live on the east coast, this bike and Beachbikes themselves made me feel like I walked into their shop in the west coast and rode off with the new bike. Love the fact that I can now have the smooth ride around the neighborhood...
