Urban cruisers I purchased 3 urban cruiser bikes 2 lady 1 men (all 3 single speed coaster brakes). Lady bikes shipping tracker was updated, but 3rd bike was not. But bike did arrive the day it said. The "owner" emailed me, claimed there was gonna be a bike mechanic assigned to me, never received any assistance from them. But the bike were very easy to assemble without assistance. My daughters ride their bikes every day!!!

Happy Daughter My daughter loves her new beach bike! The dark blue with brown leather seat and grips is a beautiful combination. We got to spend some good quality father/daughter time as we put the bike together (which was very straightforward). Shipping was fast and the bike came well packaged. Will definitely buy again from beach bikes.net.

Fantastic customer service Fantastic customer service! If you’re not 100% happy with your bicycle even 6 months after your purchase they will refund or exchange your purchase. No questions asked, they want their customers to be totally happy with their purchase.

Very satisfied with my Beachbikes purchase. Ordering from Beachbikes was easy. Bike assembly was pretty straight forward, although specific instructions for my bike model (Urban LRD), as opposed to the more generic instructions included, would have been helpful. But a quick call to Beach Bikes cleared up my questions. Fit and finish on the bike seems great so far. Would recommend Beachbikes to others and buy from again.

0 Stars if I could 0 Stars if I could. Ordered a bike for my girls birthday April 6th, it’s now April 28th and I still haven’t heard from the company. Website claims new orders will not be accepted starting April 17th due to virus (11 days after I ordered). I have sent over 7 emails asking for an update with no response and apparently their “Call Center” isn’t accepting new calls at this time. While I understand these are difficult times for everyone, It’s been 22 days since I placed my order and have not even an email reply from you guys helping explain where it is which is unacceptable.
