disappointed, they cancel order without explanation. Ordered a beach cruiser 4/14/20 for our daughters 13th birthday May 20th. Received an email from them 10 days later cancelling the order saying it was at our request. Zero communication from the company. When I checked their website it said they’re not taking new orders between 4/16-5/1???? Now my daughter isn’t getting the bike she wanted for her birthday and I’ve still received no explanation or email from the company why the order was cancelled, though I placed it before the 16th. Pretty disappointing.

Great product Great product, there was some order processing miscues since I choose to pick up the bike instead of having it shipped but everything else was great. I bought the bike for my 9 year old grand daughter and she loved it at first sight. The gentleman at the store adjusted the seat for her size and she test rode it in the stores parking lot ( Saturday no cars ) and has rode it to school everyday since. Very Happy with the fit and finish and overall experience. Nice to see good customer service and quality products still survive.

Pretty in pink… My bike arrived just in time to take on our camping trip! My son put it together with no problem. I tested it out and love it so far! I only wish I could have gotten yellow. Oh well it still rides great! Now my daughter-in-law wants one!

Excellent service and fantastic… Excellent service and fantastic merchandise. Bought a cruiser for our 13 year old son for Christmas and he and his dad has it assembled in no time. Unexpectedly got charged for shipping when the website showed free shipping. The staff at Beachbikes had it remedied within an HOUR! Simply amazing.
