GBwest coast feel to the east coast Ordering my beach cruiser from Beach bikes was great. It was very easy to assembly after its delivery by just following the online video. I did come across an issue trying to assemble the rear rack, but their bike mechanic helped my within minutes. The bike is great, the ride is smooth. Considering I live on the east coast, this bike and Beachbikes themselves made me feel like I walked into their shop in the west coast and rode off with the new bike. Love the fact that I can now have the smooth ride around the neighborhood...

GBPeter was awesome !! Peter was awesome !!! Along with the customer group. unfortunatley I had a couple of issues with the bike, however I was reimbursed for the repair. Peter was always polite and treated me very well. Not not many companies will put the customer first and they did. If I purchase another bike, this is the company that I will go to. GBOrdered a beach cruiser for my 10 year… Ordered a beach cruiser for my 10 year old daughter - she had been saving her money for a bike, but it had to be mint green! Arrived earlier than estimated, and she just loves it! She rides it everytime she can, but the weather isn't being very cooperative. More than happy with the outstanding support that Beachbikes provides - I think I may just get a new bike also!!

GB0 Stars if I could 0 Stars if I could. Ordered a bike for my girls birthday April 6th, it’s now April 28th and I still haven’t heard from the company. Website claims new orders will not be accepted starting April 17th due to virus (11 days after I ordered). I have sent over 7 emails asking for an update with no response and apparently their “Call Center” isn’t accepting new calls at this time. While I understand these are difficult times for everyone, It’s been 22 days since I placed my order and have not even an email reply from you guys helping explain where it is which is unacceptable.

GBCool bike Cool bike. Nice to ride. Never got a response from email support guy but maybe I wasn't supposed to respond via email. When I called number for support (easy quick adjustment) they were very helpful & wanted me to be happy with my purchase. I am very pleased as my kid really loves riding his new cruiser!
