GBOrdered a beach cruiser for my 10 year… Ordered a beach cruiser for my 10 year old daughter - she had been saving her money for a bike, but it had to be mint green! Arrived earlier than estimated, and she just loves it! She rides it everytime she can, but the weather isn't being very cooperative. More than happy with the outstanding support that Beachbikes provides - I think I may just get a new bike also!!

GB0 Stars if I could 0 Stars if I could. Ordered a bike for my girls birthday April 6th, it’s now April 28th and I still haven’t heard from the company. Website claims new orders will not be accepted starting April 17th due to virus (11 days after I ordered). I have sent over 7 emails asking for an update with no response and apparently their “Call Center” isn’t accepting new calls at this time. While I understand these are difficult times for everyone, It’s been 22 days since I placed my order and have not even an email reply from you guys helping explain where it is which is unacceptable.

GBHad a little issue with shipping Had a little issue with shipping, contacted Beachbikes (Firmstrong) explained my issue and they fix the problem right away. Great service, thank you! As for the bike, fantastic product. Well made with a lot of little extra features you won't fine in your typical bike shop or store. Well done and love it.

GBAs soon as I purchased my son’s bike… As soon as I purchased my son’s bike online I received an email straight away. I also had a phone call from Beachbikes Letting me know the bike was available for collection. Fantastic service, extremely friendly and knowledgeable and my son loves his new bike. Would highly recommend buying your next bike from here!!
