Had an issue with the order fitting a little bit tight, I contacted them and promptly responded and took care of my issue very fast and very easily with no problems WHATSOEVER! Professional and transparent! Ordered a Bobble and it was received in the mail damaged. Submitted photos explaining the damaged item and was responded to within 24 business hours with a sincere and very professional apology, as well as informed a new order was on the way at no charge. These things happen, but respect to a company that owns and resolves issues quickly.
