GBLack of communication regarding refund I ordered 3 sets of Lego for my son for Christmas. On opening the first set it was realised how small the pieces were and it was too challenging for him! So we decided to send the other unopened boxes back, given the returns and refunds lasting until the 31st of January 2024. Items were received 10 days ago and no sign of refund or confirmation of this. Very slow response time to emails. Would NOT recommend buying from them. ***UPDATE - finally got a refund but there definitely needs to be a better system of responses to emails!*** Will increase my rating from 1* to 2* but please just be mindful if you have issues it might take alot of emails to resolve them!

GBExcellent customer service I recently had an issue with an item I purchased from FOCO. Their customer service is amazing! Nikki handled my concern within a few hours of my email. She corresponded in a caring and professional manner. Because of this experience I will be a repeat customer.

GBMs. Julie Superstar Foco agent Julie was instrumental in helping me with my account. She was exceptional. Her response was prompt, her work was professional. I've had a number of situations with FoCo, mostly disappointing (lack of inventory, broken items, coupons that never work), yet this experience was not thanks to Ms. Julie, she isa"breath of fresh air". Overall I love FoCo. I have purchased over 400 Bobbleheads and will continue to do so in the not so distant future. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!!!

GBI ordered bib Overalls and ordered a… I ordered bib Overalls and ordered a size to large. The return process was straight forward with no issues. The issue was getting my money refunded. My refund was for $83.43 but only $11.27 was refunded to my credit card. After contacting Julie many times they refuse to refund the rest of my balance. She was pretty rude in the process. I am having to go through my cc fraud department. I would not recommend.
