She went the extra to give me an actual code that worked and was able to finalize my purchase. Delivered was quick as it was delivered in a day. Shirt is great, went an extra size up and glad I did that as I think it would’ve been too tight. Thanks again Nikki, FOCO is a better company with you.

Great customer service!!!! I have been purchasing bobbleheads from FOCO for several years. Just had an issue with a bobblehead that had a quality issue. I reached out to customer service and Julie got in touch with me. They replaced the bobblehead quickly and efficiently. Professional and transparent! Ordered a Bobble and it was received in the mail damaged. Submitted photos explaining the damaged item and was responded to within 24 business hours with a sincere and very professional apology, as well as informed a new order was on the way at no charge. These things happen, but respect to a company that owns and resolves issues quickly.
