Excellent products and service 2nd order with this company, this time I had a problem with the order not arriving. The customer service from George was 5* and my problem was speedily resolved with very little input from me and no need to chase up - all was in hand and overall a brilliant service. The shirt I received was,as ever, excellent quality and as ordered. Would recommend.

Great customer service!!!! I have been purchasing bobbleheads from FOCO for several years. Just had an issue with a bobblehead that had a quality issue. I reached out to customer service and Julie got in touch with me. They replaced the bobblehead quickly and efficiently. I will continue to purchase their products knowing that people like Julie are willing to help their customers with any issues! Great job Julie and FOCO.

I ordered bib Overalls and ordered a… I ordered bib Overalls and ordered a size to large. The return process was straight forward with no issues. The issue was getting my money refunded. My refund was for $83.43 but only $11.27 was refunded to my credit card. After contacting Julie many times they refuse to refund the rest of my balance. She was pretty rude in the process. I am having to go through my cc fraud department. I would not recommend.

GREAT PRODUCTS EVEN BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE I purchased a travel mug and broke the lid and straw by dropping it very recently. The rest of the mug came out of it without a scratch. I sent an email asking to purchase a replacement lid and straw and explained I didn’t have my original order number. Not only did a response get sent quickly, they found my original order and a replacement was shipped within 24 hours. More companies need to take lessons from this customer service department. I will be sending all my friends and family over to purchase their favorite sport/team swag from FOCO.
