The customer service from George was 5* and my problem was speedily resolved with very little input from me and no need to chase up - all was in hand and overall a brilliant service. The shirt I received was,as ever, excellent quality and as ordered. Would recommend.

GBProfessional and transparent! Ordered a Bobble and it was received in the mail damaged. Submitted photos explaining the damaged item and was responded to within 24 business hours with a sincere and very professional apology, as well as informed a new order was on the way at no charge. These things happen, but respect to a company that owns and resolves issues quickly.
