She went the extra to give me an actual code that worked and was able to finalize my purchase. Delivered was quick as it was delivered in a day. Shirt is great, went an extra size up and glad I did that as I think it would’ve been too tight. Thanks again Nikki, FOCO is a better company with you.

Great customer service!!!! I have been purchasing bobbleheads from FOCO for several years. Just had an issue with a bobblehead that had a quality issue. I reached out to customer service and Julie got in touch with me. They replaced the bobblehead quickly and efficiently. Excellent customer service I recently had an issue with an item I purchased from FOCO. Their customer service is amazing! Nikki handled my concern within a few hours of my email. She corresponded in a caring and professional manner. Because of this experience I will be a repeat customer.

I ordered bib Overalls and ordered a… I ordered bib Overalls and ordered a size to large. The return process was straight forward with no issues. The issue was getting my money refunded. My refund was for $83.43 but only $11.27 was refunded to my credit card. After contacting Julie many times they refuse to refund the rest of my balance. She was pretty rude in the process. I am having to go through my cc fraud department. I would not recommend.
