Had an issue with the order fitting a little bit tight, I contacted them and promptly responded and took care of my issue very fast and very easily with no problems WHATSOEVER! Ordered my wife the cozy onesy pajamas and the material is great and she absolutely loves it! Will definitely purchase from them again and would highly recommend!

Excellent products and service 2nd order with this company, this time I had a problem with the order not arriving. The customer service from George was 5* and my problem was speedily resolved with very little input from me and no need to chase up - all was in hand and overall a brilliant service. The shirt I received was,as ever, excellent quality and as ordered. Would recommend.

I ordered bib Overalls and ordered a… I ordered bib Overalls and ordered a size to large. The return process was straight forward with no issues. The issue was getting my money refunded. My refund was for $83.43 but only $11.27 was refunded to my credit card. After contacting Julie many times they refuse to refund the rest of my balance. She was pretty rude in the process. I am having to go through my cc fraud department. I would not recommend.

We ordered a pair of Dodger sunglasses… We ordered a pair of Dodger sunglasses that are outstanding in quality, fit and style. Our order was damaged in shipping but within 10 minutes of their customer service chat another was already in route!!!! We will definitely be ordering from here again!

Had a bit of a run around with the… Had a bit of a run around with the discount code as it wasn’t working on the website with customer service until Nikki helped me. She went the extra to give me an actual code that worked and was able to finalize my purchase. Delivered was quick as it was delivered in a day. Shirt is great, went an extra size up and glad I did that as I think it would’ve been too tight. Thanks again Nikki, FOCO is a better company with you.
