GBMegan was so incredibly helpful Megan was so incredibly helpful. I inquired about some existing orders and had concerns over the shipping of those orders. She was able to assure me that they’d be looked after. She was able to change the shipping address and make sure my concerns were addressed. She’s great!

GBGreat customer service over missing pieces My 88 year old dad rec'd a 3D Burnley club crest for Xmas but on opening we discovered that all the orange pieces were missing. George was extremely helpful in arranging a replacement set of pieces sent to me and the whole process from start to finish took just 7 days. GBProfessional and transparent! Ordered a Bobble and it was received in the mail damaged. Submitted photos explaining the damaged item and was responded to within 24 business hours with a sincere and very professional apology, as well as informed a new order was on the way at no charge. These things happen, but respect to a company that owns and resolves issues quickly.

GBLack of communication regarding refund I ordered 3 sets of Lego for my son for Christmas. On opening the first set it was realised how small the pieces were and it was too challenging for him! So we decided to send the other unopened boxes back, given the returns and refunds lasting until the 31st of January 2024. Items were received 10 days ago and no sign of refund or confirmation of this. Very slow response time to emails. Would NOT recommend buying from them. ***UPDATE - finally got a refund but there definitely needs to be a better system of responses to emails!*** Will increase my rating from 1* to 2* but please just be mindful if you have issues it might take alot of emails to resolve them!
