Great customer service!!!! I have been purchasing bobbleheads from FOCO for several years. Just had an issue with a bobblehead that had a quality issue. I reached out to customer service and Julie got in touch with me. They replaced the bobblehead quickly and efficiently. I've had a number of situations with FoCo, mostly disappointing (lack of inventory, broken items, coupons that never work), yet this experience was not thanks to Ms. Julie, she isa"breath of fresh air". Great customer service over missing pieces My 88 year old dad rec'd a 3D Burnley club crest for Xmas but on opening we discovered that all the orange pieces were missing.
