Great customer service over missing pieces My 88 year old dad rec'd a 3D Burnley club crest for Xmas but on opening we discovered that all the orange pieces were missing. George was extremely helpful in arranging a replacement set of pieces sent to me and the whole process from start to finish took just 7 days. Thanks you so much, we can crack on and build this piece together.

GREAT PRODUCTS EVEN BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE I purchased a travel mug and broke the lid and straw by dropping it very recently. The rest of the mug came out of it without a scratch. I sent an email asking to purchase a replacement lid and straw and explained I didn’t have my original order number. Not only did a response get sent quickly, they found my original order and a replacement was shipped within 24 hours. More companies need to take lessons from this customer service department. I will be sending all my friends and family over to purchase their favorite sport/team swag from FOCO.

Had an issue with the order fitting a little bit tight, I contacted them and promptly responded and took care of my issue very fast and very easily with no problems WHATSOEVER! Ordered my wife the cozy onesy pajamas and the material is great and she absolutely loves it! Will definitely purchase from them again and would highly recommend!

Lack of communication regarding refund I ordered 3 sets of Lego for my son for Christmas. On opening the first set it was realised how small the pieces were and it was too challenging for him! So we decided to send the other unopened boxes back, given the returns and refunds lasting until the 31st of January 2024. Items were received 10 days ago and no sign of refund or confirmation of this. Very slow response time to emails. Would NOT recommend buying from them. ***UPDATE - finally got a refund but there definitely needs to be a better system of responses to emails!*** Will increase my rating from 1* to 2* but please just be mindful if you have issues it might take alot of emails to resolve them!

I ordered bib Overalls and ordered a… I ordered bib Overalls and ordered a size to large. The return process was straight forward with no issues. The issue was getting my money refunded. My refund was for $83.43 but only $11.27 was refunded to my credit card. After contacting Julie many times they refuse to refund the rest of my balance. She was pretty rude in the process. I am having to go through my cc fraud department. I would not recommend.
