GBMs. Julie Superstar Foco agent Julie was instrumental in helping me with my account. She was exceptional. Her response was prompt, her work was professional. I've had a number of situations with FoCo, mostly disappointing (lack of inventory, broken items, coupons that never work), yet this experience was not thanks to Ms. Julie, she isa"breath of fresh air". Overall I love FoCo. I have purchased over 400 Bobbleheads and will continue to do so in the not so distant future. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!!!

GBOut of stock, shipped wrong product I preordered a Chiefs ornament on 2/22/2024. The product was shipped 4/14/2024. It arrived today. I opened the box and the item was a Michigan ornament. I took a picture of the packing slip and ornament, but the site doesn't allow me to upload pictures or post links. I went online and the originally ordered item is out of stock.

CAHad a bit of a run around with the… Had a bit of a run around with the discount code as it wasn’t working on the website with customer service until Nikki helped me. She went the extra to give me an actual code that worked and was able to finalize my purchase. Delivered was quick as it was delivered in a day. Shirt is great, went an extra size up and glad I did that as I think it would’ve been too tight. Thanks again Nikki, FOCO is a better company with you.
