Had an issue with the order fitting a little bit tight, I contacted them and promptly responded and took care of my issue very fast and very easily with no problems WHATSOEVER! Ordered my wife the cozy onesy pajamas and the material is great and she absolutely loves it! Will definitely purchase from them again and would highly recommend!

Submitted photos explaining the damaged item and was responded to within 24 business hours with a sincere and very professional apology, as well as informed a new order was on the way at no charge. These things happen, but respect to a company that owns and resolves issues quickly.
