Great customer service over missing pieces My 88 year old dad rec'd a 3D Burnley club crest for Xmas but on opening we discovered that all the orange pieces were missing. George was extremely helpful in arranging a replacement set of pieces sent to me and the whole process from start to finish took just 7 days. I've had a number of situations with FoCo, mostly disappointing (lack of inventory, broken items, coupons that never work), yet this experience was not thanks to Ms. Julie, she isa"breath of fresh air". Excellent products and service 2nd order with this company, this time I had a problem with the order not arriving. The customer service from George was 5* and my problem was speedily resolved with very little input from me and no need to chase up - all was in hand and overall a brilliant service.
