She went the extra to give me an actual code that worked and was able to finalize my purchase. Delivered was quick as it was delivered in a day. Great customer service over missing pieces My 88 year old dad rec'd a 3D Burnley club crest for Xmas but on opening we discovered that all the orange pieces were missing. George was extremely helpful in arranging a replacement set of pieces sent to me and the whole process from start to finish took just 7 days.
