Great customer service!!!! I have been purchasing bobbleheads from FOCO for several years. Just had an issue with a bobblehead that had a quality issue. I reached out to customer service and Julie got in touch with me. They replaced the bobblehead quickly and efficiently. I've had a number of situations with FoCo, mostly disappointing (lack of inventory, broken items, coupons that never work), yet this experience was not thanks to Ms. Julie, she isa"breath of fresh air".
