Great customer service!!!! I have been purchasing bobbleheads from FOCO for several years. Just had an issue with a bobblehead that had a quality issue. I reached out to customer service and Julie got in touch with me. They replaced the bobblehead quickly and efficiently. I will continue to purchase their products knowing that people like Julie are willing to help their customers with any issues! Great job Julie and FOCO.

I ordered bib Overalls and ordered a… I ordered bib Overalls and ordered a size to large. The return process was straight forward with no issues. The issue was getting my money refunded. My refund was for $83.43 but only $11.27 was refunded to my credit card. After contacting Julie many times they refuse to refund the rest of my balance. She was pretty rude in the process. I am having to go through my cc fraud department. I would not recommend.

We ordered a pair of Dodger sunglasses… We ordered a pair of Dodger sunglasses that are outstanding in quality, fit and style. Our order was damaged in shipping but within 10 minutes of their customer service chat another was already in route!!!! We will definitely be ordering from here again!

Professional and transparent! Ordered a Bobble and it was received in the mail damaged. Submitted photos explaining the damaged item and was responded to within 24 business hours with a sincere and very professional apology, as well as informed a new order was on the way at no charge. These things happen, but respect to a company that owns and resolves issues quickly.
