Great customer service!!!! I have been purchasing bobbleheads from FOCO for several years. Just had an issue with a bobblehead that had a quality issue. I reached out to customer service and Julie got in touch with me. They replaced the bobblehead quickly and efficiently. I will continue to purchase their products knowing that people like Julie are willing to help their customers with any issues! Great job Julie and FOCO.

Great customer service over missing pieces My 88 year old dad rec'd a 3D Burnley club crest for Xmas but on opening we discovered that all the orange pieces were missing. George was extremely helpful in arranging a replacement set of pieces sent to me and the whole process from start to finish took just 7 days. Thanks you so much, we can crack on and build this piece together.

Excellent products and service 2nd order with this company, this time I had a problem with the order not arriving. The customer service from George was 5* and my problem was speedily resolved with very little input from me and no need to chase up - all was in hand and overall a brilliant service. She went the extra to give me an actual code that worked and was able to finalize my purchase. Delivered was quick as it was delivered in a day.
