I ordered bib Overalls and ordered a… I ordered bib Overalls and ordered a size to large. The return process was straight forward with no issues. The issue was getting my money refunded. My refund was for $83.43 but only $11.27 was refunded to my credit card. After contacting Julie many times they refuse to refund the rest of my balance. She was pretty rude in the process. I am having to go through my cc fraud department. I would not recommend.

Megan was so incredibly helpful Megan was so incredibly helpful. I inquired about some existing orders and had concerns over the shipping of those orders. She was able to assure me that they’d be looked after. She was able to change the shipping address and make sure my concerns were addressed. She’s great!

Had an issue with the order fitting a little bit tight, I contacted them and promptly responded and took care of my issue very fast and very easily with no problems WHATSOEVER! Ordered my wife the cozy onesy pajamas and the material is great and she absolutely loves it! Will definitely purchase from them again and would highly recommend!

Great customer service over missing pieces My 88 year old dad rec'd a 3D Burnley club crest for Xmas but on opening we discovered that all the orange pieces were missing. George was extremely helpful in arranging a replacement set of pieces sent to me and the whole process from start to finish took just 7 days.
