Love my Inno Kayak Assist Bar I received my Inno Kayak Lifter Load Assist Bar on time and am happy to recommend BackcountryRacks to my kayaking friends. It was easy to use UPS package tracking to know when it would arrive. The Assist Bar makes loading my kayak much easier, especially after a long day of playing on the river.

Awesome Customer Service! I ordered a step for Jeep so my old dog would have an easier time getting in and out. Backcountry Racks had the best price, so I ordered. They let me know that the item was backordered, and they checked with other warehouses to see if they could find it in stock, but were unable to do so. They asked if I wanted to wait or have a refund. I needed the item quickly, so I chose refund, which they immediately processed. I ended up purchasing the item through another venue for $45 more. I would have definitely waited if I had the time! The customer service and communication were wonderful, especially in a situation that could have been very negative. I will most definitely browse their online catalog to find something to purchase.
