How not to handle refunds Ordered and paid for a rack. Five days after placing the order I'm informed it's not in stock. I cancel the order. 7 days and 3 emails later I finally received a refund through PayPal. But the refund is "pending!" It's now nearly 2 weeks since cancelling and I'm still not able to access my refund. Terrible customer service, not helpful or apologetic regarding excessive time to receive refund. It would appear this company would benefit from real-time stock management software. As most of the complaints listed here relate to sales being made for items that are not in stock, and the subsequent delays in refunds being issued.
