Rattan was founded on the belief that a business doesn't have to compromise to create great products at great prices. We hope to pass a positive attitude towards life to all through our products. We are all a little wild at heart, are we not? There is much to be gained from traveling and seeing the world. We should all embrace at least a little wanderlust. But let us not forget the end goal; in the wise words of T.S. Elliot, "We shall not cease from exploration, and the end of all our exploring will be to arrive where we started and know the place for the first time." Now, riding your bike and let's go for a trip! Becasue you will nerver know how beautiful the world is before you go outside. Then you will find that we are not selling you a cool bike but the amazing scenery along the way. Our team has only been in existence for only 5 years since its inception. During these five years, we have grown a lot and won the praise of many customers. But we still clearly understand that there are many places where we are not perfect. Solid, dependable and fast! After doing research and finding the LM750 from Rattan, I was nervous about what the quality would be because of the low price. My fears were squashed when it arrived. It’s heavy, solid and has great components. The powerful 750W motor provides a smooth and effortless riding experience. The battery life is exceptional, The shock seat and handlebars make for a comfortable ride, even on long rides. The LCD display is easy to read and provides all the information you need. Honest time: The website is confusing with picture of gifts and accessories that don’t necessarily arrive together and mine was shipped missing a piece. HOWEVER, what matters is that Rattan has been very responsive and remedied each issue quickly and without question. I have no doubt that if I have another issue come up, that I won’t worry about their customer service.

Sales support from Rattan was very… Sales support from Rattan was very communicative a few hours after placing my order Leon reached out re; my free basket. And he also kept me aware of the shipping time-frame. I like the fact the response time is quick and really excited to try the LM 750 pro after all the great YouTube videos I've watched online.

Great Customer Service After ordering my bike I realized that I had forgotten to include the promo code to get an advertised discount. I reached out to customer service hoping that I could provide the promo code and still receive the discount. While I was hopeful, I wasn't optimistic. Customer support replied quickly and gave me the discount. I can't wait to get the bikes.
