Rattan was founded on the belief that a business doesn't have to compromise to create great products at great prices. We hope to pass a positive attitude towards life to all through our products. We are all a little wild at heart, are we not? There is much to be gained from traveling and seeing the world. We should all embrace at least a little wanderlust. But let us not forget the end goal; in the wise words of T.S. Elliot, "We shall not cease from exploration, and the end of all our exploring will be to arrive where we started and know the place for the first time." Now, riding your bike and let's go for a trip! Becasue you will nerver know how beautiful the world is before you go outside. Then you will find that we are not selling you a cool bike but the amazing scenery along the way. Our team has only been in existence for only 5 years since its inception. During these five years, we have grown a lot and won the praise of many customers. But we still clearly understand that there are many places where we are not perfect. The e-bike we choose I have two Rad Power Rad Runner e-bikes which are super dependable. The Rattan Pathfinder is a big, fun bike. Super fast. Coasts very well. Great acceleration. There’s really no comparison to the Rad Power bikes we bought. But I’m sure that’s by design. When we go into the garage, the pathfinder is what we jump on first. With that said, customer service must be done through email. While annoying, I do get the sense that they care about the success of their company, and as a result, will work though the challenges of time zone differences.

Super recommended - Leon is the best Super impressed with the quality and value for money of the rattan bike. I had to make an urgent order as it was for a trip, Leon from customer support was so responsive and diligent and helped me make sure all came in on time. The shipping was fast and smooth and the assembly was almost done when then bike arrived so it took a couple of minutes and it was ready. Super powerful, strong (used it with my mother at the back), and great battery.

Sales support from Rattan was very… Sales support from Rattan was very communicative a few hours after placing my order Leon reached out re; my free basket. And he also kept me aware of the shipping time-frame. I like the fact the response time is quick and really excited to try the LM 750 pro after all the great YouTube videos I've watched online.
