GBWe bought two Rattan Pathfinder ebikes… We bought two Rattan Pathfinder ebikes and we love them. We had a problem with the gear shifter on one of the two, but customer support was quick to promise us a replacement. I hope we will receive the replacement soon.

GBScam company used a phony price on… Scam company used a phony price on Amazon to inflate their sales ranks and then pulled the rug on 15 thousand orders and ruined the holidays for so many children. Awful company buy from anyone else not these scum. Yea good try those bikes were sold and shipped by Amazon which means it could only be signed up for by your company. Not an unauthorized third party.

GBGreat product and excellent customer… Great product and excellent customer service. I purchased two bikes not knowing alot about e bikes . A friend has owned a Rattan bike for two years and has had zero problems. I anticipate the same. Very well built and comfortable to ride. An e bike is different but only took a couple days and approximately 5 miles riding to feel very comfortable riding!

GBThe e-bike we choose I have two Rad Power Rad Runner e-bikes which are super dependable. The Rattan Pathfinder is a big, fun bike. Super fast. Coasts very well. Great acceleration. There’s really no comparison to the Rad Power bikes we bought. But I’m sure that’s by design. When we go into the garage, the pathfinder is what we jump on first. With that said, customer service must be done through email. While annoying, I do get the sense that they care about the success of their company, and as a result, will work though the challenges of time zone differences.
