USIt's a good bike overall It's a good bike overall, one thing a lot of the reviews feature is kinetic recharging. My bike had it disabled because it is creating an issue with the motor which I wasn't aware of. Over all very comfortable and powerful.

USGreat product and excellent customer… Great product and excellent customer service. I purchased two bikes not knowing alot about e bikes . A friend has owned a Rattan bike for two years and has had zero problems. I anticipate the same. Very well built and comfortable to ride. An e bike is different but only took a couple days and approximately 5 miles riding to feel very comfortable riding!

I bought my wife the step thru LF-750 model and myself the LM-750 and we couldn’t be happier. Very impressed with the build quality, customer service is beyond amazing, ride quality is very comfortable and fast. Would highly recommend.

USThe e-bike we choose I have two Rad Power Rad Runner e-bikes which are super dependable. The Rattan Pathfinder is a big, fun bike. Super fast. Coasts very well. Great acceleration. There’s really no comparison to the Rad Power bikes we bought. But I’m sure that’s by design. When we go into the garage, the pathfinder is what we jump on first. With that said, customer service must be done through email. While annoying, I do get the sense that they care about the success of their company, and as a result, will work though the challenges of time zone differences.

USBent rim, throttle does not work Bent rim, Throttle does not work, PAS dangerously aggressive Rattan Compass arrived with bent rim, throttle does not work and PAS is way to aggressive and scary. On any level above 1. Support does not answer phone calls and message box is full. They do not respond to emails or chat. They do this purposely to push back returns that have a 15 day limit. They also have an unreasonable and expensive return policy. 150 shipping paid by customer and no more than 10 miles. Disgusting company.
