I bought my wife the step thru LF-750 model and myself the LM-750 and we couldn’t be happier. Very impressed with the build quality, customer service is beyond amazing, ride quality is very comfortable and fast. Would highly recommend.

GBThe e-bike we choose I have two Rad Power Rad Runner e-bikes which are super dependable. The Rattan Pathfinder is a big, fun bike. Super fast. Coasts very well. Great acceleration. There’s really no comparison to the Rad Power bikes we bought. But I’m sure that’s by design. When we go into the garage, the pathfinder is what we jump on first. With that said, customer service must be done through email. While annoying, I do get the sense that they care about the success of their company, and as a result, will work though the challenges of time zone differences.

GBGreat Customer Service After ordering my bike I realized that I had forgotten to include the promo code to get an advertised discount. I reached out to customer service hoping that I could provide the promo code and still receive the discount. While I was hopeful, I wasn't optimistic. Customer support replied quickly and gave me the discount. I can't wait to get the bikes.
