GBRATTAN EBIKES- LOOK AT COMPETITORS or those looking for a Great e-bike-… For those looking for a Great e-bike- look at ALL COMPETITORS FIRST - BBB has poor rating for this company, as I have had. Numerous problems with controllers and throttle components with many consumers, very slow customer service and they don't offer ANY technical advise. If I could return my bike I certainly would and go purchase an Aventon E-bike. Trust me, DO NOT PURCHASE any Rattan products, you WILL regret it!

GBBent rim, throttle does not work Bent rim, Throttle does not work, PAS dangerously aggressive Rattan Compass arrived with bent rim, throttle does not work and PAS is way to aggressive and scary. On any level above 1. Support does not answer phone calls and message box is full. They do not respond to emails or chat. They do this purposely to push back returns that have a 15 day limit. They also have an unreasonable and expensive return policy. 150 shipping paid by customer and no more than 10 miles. Disgusting company.

GBMy family LOVES our LF 750 Pros My family LOVES our LF 750 Pros. We live in Harlem and we picked up a pair of these at the end of the summer to transport our kids to school across town. It's been SO much fun and cut our commute in half. No kore waiting for buses and trains. Pedal assist makes getting up the 110th street hill a breeze. They shipped fast. Assembly was easy and came with great accessories. Get a Rattan! You won't regret it.
