GBBrilliant! This was the first time using this company. I made the order but it wasn’t in stock. My husband spoke with the owner directly and he was extremely helpful, offering suggestions and alternatives. Really couldn’t have been more helpful. We’ll definitely be buying from this company again.

GBLack of Disclosure Caused Frustration and Friction I tried to order a New York Parks hat from a listed item that had no warning that I needed to have a proper Parks Employee ID badge and they rejected my purchase because I "failed to provide DSNY ID". They need to adjust their UI on every Parks item that requires an employee ID so this doesn't happen in the future. They sell similar hats at the Central Park Zoo so I'll be going to the physical store location in the Armory for my needs.
