GBLack of Disclosure Caused Frustration and Friction I tried to order a New York Parks hat from a listed item that had no warning that I needed to have a proper Parks Employee ID badge and they rejected my purchase because I "failed to provide DSNY ID". They need to adjust their UI on every Parks item that requires an employee ID so this doesn't happen in the future. They sell similar hats at the Central Park Zoo so I'll be going to the physical store location in the Armory for my needs.

GBI selected and purchased baseball pants, Frank sent me the wrong pants. I selected and order a pair of baseball pants. Your business sent me the wrong pair of pants. I called Frank, left a message,your business did not return a call. It is very difficult to reached customer service. I want to return this item so you can give me the pants that I selected. How can you correct this mistake?

GBAfter sending my order and payment i am… After sending my order and payment i am informed the jersey I ordered is sold out. I asked for a double check and was offered and display jersey that was faded. While i appreciated the offer, I could not gift someone a damadged item. It was a huge disappointment.
