Couldn't find the training mit at the… Couldn't find the training mit at the local sports store nor some of the typical online sites all the fed ball parents are familar with. I could not find the mit anywhere. I Googled the mit and found Frank's Sports Shop and was able to get it with shipping for cheaper than I was going to have to pay elsewhere.

Only gripe I have is the lack of shipment tracking (porch pirates love stealing packages in my area), but this wasn't promised when I ordered, and I ordered knowing that, so I don't think such a complaint warrants the subtraction of a star.

I called Frank, left a message,your business did not return a call. It is very difficult to reached customer service. I want to return this item so you can give me the pants that I selected. How can you correct this mistake?
