I asked for a double check and was offered and display jersey that was faded. While i appreciated the offer, I could not gift someone a damadged item. It was a huge disappointment.

GBFrank's knows what Customer service is… Frank's knows what Customer service is all about . I wanted to order a hat , but due to certain conditions it looked like I might've had to go down to visit the storefront in order to get it , after an email with some identification sent down they were able to save me a trip down. The hat is really good quality, embroidered perfectly and looks great . Thank you Frank's

GBWhat a great store What a great store, I have been going for decades, best prices for sports equipment in the City, great selection for such a small space. Great staff. Did mail order for first time, they were extremely responsive and great communicators. Great local business to support, if you are coming from the north or south they are right at the Tremont stop on Metro North and close to the D/B train on Tremont.
