The retractable punching bag arm I … The retractable punching bag arm I bought is not machined properly it moves too much. There is probably a eighth inch Gap around the entire sleeve that makes it move back and forth every time you hit the bag and makes a really loud noise. It's a yreally poorly engineer product to give off the shelf. I had to put spacers in to actually make it work. Your average customer won't be able to do what I did.

Im very pleased. After the tracking number said the package was delivered I called them because I couldn't find it. They called UPS for me and eventually sent me a new one. Thank you.

Not too shabby! I recieved my merchandise in a timely manner. After looking over the assembly instructions for a few times, I with some help from my better half was able to put it together in a timely manner and I was supremely satisfied with the product ever since.
