DKNo product. No refund. No Customer Service Zoobgear, I bought a pair of boxing gloves that turned out to be backordered. I asked for the order to be cancelled and get a refund. 3 weeks have passed and customer service does not answer my e-mails or phone calls. I hope Zoobgear is understaffed during the season but I'affraid that you are merely running a deceptive business practice. I have thus reported Zoobgear to the Attorney General's Consumer Protection Unit. I hope this will make you shift gears and get back to me otherwise I intend to file a small claims lawsuit. GBThe retractable punching bag arm I … The retractable punching bag arm I bought is not machined properly it moves too much. There is probably a eighth inch Gap around the entire sleeve that makes it move back and forth every time you hit the bag and makes a really loud noise. It's a yreally poorly engineer product to give off the shelf. I had to put spacers in to actually make it work. Your average customer won't be able to do what I did.

ILBEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! They answer the phone in midnight, when I couldn't find the product the agent sent me a link through the live hat and eventually gave me a decent discount. I will happy again, there is always someone to talk to in this company.
