No product. No refund. No Customer Service Zoobgear, I bought a pair of boxing gloves that turned out to be backordered. I asked for the order to be cancelled and get a refund. 3 weeks have passed and customer service does not answer my e-mails or phone calls. I hope Zoobgear is understaffed during the season but I'affraid that you are merely running a deceptive business practice. I have thus reported Zoobgear to the Attorney General's Consumer Protection Unit. I hope this will make you shift gears and get back to me otherwise I intend to file a small claims lawsuit. No product, no response I ordered gloves 4 months ago and after 2 months of no updates I sent numerous requests to cancel my order. I sent 2 emails and used the ticket service on their website with no reply from the company.

Im very pleased. After the tracking number said the package was delivered I called them because I couldn't find it. They called UPS for me and eventually sent me a new one. Thank you.
