GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE i ordered a piece of fitness equipment that was supposed to be delivered in 4 different parts.all the parts didnt arrive together due to a snow storm in nyc and the customer service guy was on the phone and emailing me 3 to 4 different times to make sure i got my delivery. it all did arrive eventually and i was completely satisfied.

Not too shabby! I recieved my merchandise in a timely manner. After looking over the assembly instructions for a few times, I with some help from my better half was able to put it together in a timely manner and I was supremely satisfied with the product ever since. I will definitely order from here again.
