No product. No refund. No Customer Service Zoobgear, I bought a pair of boxing gloves that turned out to be backordered. I asked for the order to be cancelled and get a refund. 3 weeks have passed and customer service does not answer my e-mails or phone calls. I hope Zoobgear is understaffed during the season but I'affraid that you are merely running a deceptive business practice. I have thus reported Zoobgear to the Attorney General's Consumer Protection Unit. I hope this will make you shift gears and get back to me otherwise I intend to file a small claims lawsuit. Poor customer service Poor customer service, trying to contact them is imposible, i made and order on the 6th of october for $320, after trying to contact them many times, they emailed me on the 15th to notify me that my order was cancelled.. i havent recieved my money back!!! This company is a SCAM! Please dont waste your money or become victim to this company!!!
