Gun Department has great service! Als has always been a staple of the community, though its changed over time they do great work, The gun department is top-notch. They have always been very attentive and fair. My wife who recently got into guns and shooting had dealt with some "little lady" treatment at other stores in the past. They have always been respectful and informative. SO yea we have made 3 large purchases because of that great customer service.

Superior service Ordered online and selected store pickup to avails shipping. Website stated it would be available in 5 days but I got an email within 4 hours saying it was ready for pickup. Superior service and seamless transaction. 5 stars for sure.

Great customer service from the… Great customer service from the Internet customer service group. I was waiting to speak with the bike department and had been on hold for a few minutes. A person from Al's Internet sales team asked me if they could help. They didn't know the answer but said they would go ahead and find out and follow up with me. The followed up within 5 minutes and had resolved my questions and reserved the item for me to purchase.

They accidentally charged me twice for… They accidentally charged me twice for my 1 order. I contacted the customer service through their “contact us” section on their website. They emailed me within 20 minutes telling me they were gonna reverse the second charge. Awesome service. I’ll edit this review after I get my items.
