GBOrdered a wake board package Ordered a wake board package, they emailed me 8 days later that they didn't have it in stock anymore and tried to bait me into a different wakeboard that was a much worse deal for the same price. Found out that they had both the wake board and bindings separately, but won't combine them into the package because the buyer said they couldn't. If you are going to sell something, then make it right. Not real impressed.

GBPurchased the Flash Sale KXONE SUP Purchased the Flash Sale KXONE SUP - and used it today. Everything was in the box, and set up was pretty easy. Would have appreciated directions but YouTube videos of SUP inflation were helpful. The board is incredibly light (important since Bear Lake is down and it is a long walk to the water) and felt stable in the water. Not as responsive as a hard board but more convenient when carrying. Pleased with the value to performance ratio!

GBGreat customer service! Received the wrong item after a Christmas order. Turns out the item was incorrectly listed on their site and the price/item didn't coincide. When i asked for an exchange for the correct item, they acknowledged the error in their system and still honored the discounted price even though it was significantly discounted! Amazing customer service over the phone - quick answer by a real person who immediately resolved my issue within a minute. Very happy with Als.com.

GBThey accidentally charged me twice for… They accidentally charged me twice for my 1 order. I contacted the customer service through their “contact us” section on their website. They emailed me within 20 minutes telling me they were gonna reverse the second charge. Awesome service. I’ll edit this review after I get my items.

GB9 days - epic fail I ordered a Thule roof top tent from Als.com. Price was very competitive and with free shipping. I promptly ordered. After 3 days, my order was stuck in "Handling Order" status. Called the support hotline, which was quick to answer. Customer representative explained that this was a direct ship item, and my order will be updated once they have shipping info. 5 days later, no status change. I called Als.com again. Same conversation, but with an added twist. I was told to wait until after Als.com missed their delivery estimate and to call a 3rd time. It never got to that point, the day before estimated delivery Als cancelled my order due to a website error and inability to ship large items. Why does Als.com have items on their website they can't fulfil? They wasted 9 days of my time. Think twice before buying large or competitively priced items.
