GBThey accidentally charged me twice for… They accidentally charged me twice for my 1 order. I contacted the customer service through their “contact us” section on their website. They emailed me within 20 minutes telling me they were gonna reverse the second charge. Awesome service. I’ll edit this review after I get my items.

GBOrdered a wake board package Ordered a wake board package, they emailed me 8 days later that they didn't have it in stock anymore and tried to bait me into a different wakeboard that was a much worse deal for the same price. Found out that they had both the wake board and bindings separately, but won't combine them into the package because the buyer said they couldn't. If you are going to sell something, then make it right. Not real impressed.

GBI really enjoy shopping at Al's I really enjoy shopping at Al's, even more than Cabela's and Sportsman's. I like their quality products, great selections, competitive pricing, and an always helpful staff. Their staff seems to be well planned compared to the larger stores I previously mentioned. I was in Sportsman's yesterday and had to walk around for 5 minutes with a fishing rod in hand just to get questions answered about the rod. There was no one in the fishing department.

GBGreat customer service from the… Great customer service from the Internet customer service group. I was waiting to speak with the bike department and had been on hold for a few minutes. A person from Al's Internet sales team asked me if they could help. They didn't know the answer but said they would go ahead and find out and follow up with me. The followed up within 5 minutes and had resolved my questions and reserved the item for me to purchase.

GB“Return Department” Horrible I have bought online purchases for years and years, this is one of those few times didn’t go smoothly. Bought a climbing harness, got it no problem. Tried it on ONCE, too small, so I asked for return, got the return label that same night, packed in a box (while they shipped in plastic) and shipped it the following day. Ordered same item next level size on the same night I requested return label. Today, got an email that my return was denied??? Reason: it was used. Like bruh, how you going to test a harness without using it? I tried it for 2mins to test how it felt. All the instruction manuals and tags are there! Called to explain, no luck. The person on the phone was kind and couldn’t do anything other than offered -20% for total product. Said something about safety. What an expensive experience to try a product on for 2 mins. Should have just bought to REI or backcountry, never had issue with them.
