My bike was incredibly well-made and easy to assemble… It took me less than an hour to put it together and I was riding in no time. I highly recommend purchasing as well as utilizing customer service for your support as you put your bike together. They are excellent in helping you achieve success!

Best bike! When I moved to Santa Monica I needed a reliable bike and Firmstrong has been exactly that. I was able to put it together in less than an hour and it's worked great. The only complaint I have is the handlebar padding is showing some wear after minimal use and 4 months of ownership.

2 months later - still don't have all the bike parts and ZERO communications I ordered my wife a bike for her Birthday in March. Almost two months later I have a collection of bike parts that do not add up to a Bike. I understand there are challenges with COVID, but there's no excuse for never getting back to customers who have paid for your product and have part of it delivered. There's no excuse for having a phone number listed that doesn't work. Clearly this company over-extended itself in an effort to capitalize on the higher demand for bikes that this virus has brought and is not able or willing to fulfill the orders that have been placed. The lack of communication is the worst part.

Really enjoying my Firmstrong Beach… Really enjoying my Firmstrong Beach Cruiser. Initially bought it so I can use it on the beach at Siesta Key in Florida for the month we stay there in February/March. Now that I’m home back in Connecticut, I find myself finding trails(pavement) in my immediate area that I ride quite often. It’s low maintenance , and suits all my needs to relax and exercise . Great Bike and Great Service I ordered my Bruiser during the peak of the pandemic when bikes were extremely scarce. Firmstrong kept in touch with me and kept me updated on the status of my order. They were really great about communicating and were willing to refund my purchase at any time. When the bike arrived it was well packaged and in perfect condition. Assembly was easy and I was riding in less than 30 minutes! I love my new Firmstrong Bruiser
