Ordered a Mens Chief 3 speed in grey… Ordered a Mens Chief 3 speed in grey and black on Saturday 10/17, it arrived on a Wednesday 10/21, granted I live within a 1 day shipping area. I used to own a Bruiser which I loved, and after a few years decided to get back into riding. I bought online and afterwards read a few reviews about shipping taking forever and poor customer service, so I was skeptical... Fortunately I didn't have any of these issues. I've had great experiences with their products in the past and am excited for the years to come with this new bike.

2 months later - still don't have all the bike parts and ZERO communications I ordered my wife a bike for her Birthday in March. Almost two months later I have a collection of bike parts that do not add up to a Bike. I understand there are challenges with COVID, but there's no excuse for never getting back to customers who have paid for your product and have part of it delivered. There's no excuse for having a phone number listed that doesn't work. Clearly this company over-extended itself in an effort to capitalize on the higher demand for bikes that this virus has brought and is not able or willing to fulfill the orders that have been placed. The lack of communication is the worst part.

We bought 2 Firmstrong bikes back in… We bought 2 Firmstrong bikes back in February just before the big COVID19 adventure began. We ride almost every day and they have been perfect! From order to shipping/receiving and assembly...all was very easy! Exactly what we were looking for and will definitely buy again. Love This Bike The sale. Tge ease of ordering. The prompt shipment. Packaged well. My husband easily put it together. The color is wonderful. The ride is sublime.

Best bike! When I moved to Santa Monica I needed a reliable bike and Firmstrong has been exactly that. I was able to put it together in less than an hour and it's worked great. The only complaint I have is the handlebar padding is showing some wear after minimal use and 4 months of ownership.
