GBReally enjoying my Firmstrong Beach… Really enjoying my Firmstrong Beach Cruiser. Initially bought it so I can use it on the beach at Siesta Key in Florida for the month we stay there in February/March. Now that I’m home back in Connecticut, I find myself finding trails(pavement) in my immediate area that I ride quite often. It’s low maintenance , and suits all my needs to relax and exercise . GBWe bought 2 Firmstrong bikes back in… We bought 2 Firmstrong bikes back in February just before the big COVID19 adventure began. We ride almost every day and they have been perfect! From order to shipping/receiving and assembly...all was very easy! Exactly what we were looking for and will definitely buy again. GBBe kind...it's a rare thing these days Be kind...it's a rare thing these days. I ordered 2 bikes back in May and one got delivered in late Aug and the other yesterday. The bikes are exactly as described and are wonderful to ride. I admit, their communications could have been a lot better (understatement) but given you couldn't find a bicycle anywhere for months on end, I expected the delay and I'm happy with my purchases. With so many businesses going out of business b/c of this pandemic, I'm happy to support all American businesses. My hope is that Firmstrong recognizes that a little communication could go a long way in keeping people happy b/c their product is awesome.

GBLoved having my Beach Bike through the… Loved having my Beach Bike through the COVID season- gave me a chance to get out and keep moving! My bike was incredibly well-made and easy to assemble… It took me less than an hour to put it together and I was riding in no time. I highly recommend purchasing as well as utilizing customer service for your support as you put your bike together. They are excellent in helping you achieve success!

GB2 months later - still don't have all the bike parts and ZERO communications I ordered my wife a bike for her Birthday in March. Almost two months later I have a collection of bike parts that do not add up to a Bike. I understand there are challenges with COVID, but there's no excuse for never getting back to customers who have paid for your product and have part of it delivered. There's no excuse for having a phone number listed that doesn't work. Clearly this company over-extended itself in an effort to capitalize on the higher demand for bikes that this virus has brought and is not able or willing to fulfill the orders that have been placed. The lack of communication is the worst part.
