I ordered my bike early in the… I ordered my bike early in the pandemic, and it took months to receive it. That said, I received regular email updates from Firmstrong advising of COVID-related delays with their manufacturers, etc, all of which I thought was understandable and I chose not to cancel my order and wait it out. When I finally received the bike, it was easy to assemble and in great condition. I'm really happy with it and glad I held out.

Poor assembly instructions and wobbly wheels After struggling with vague, undetailed assembly instructions, we have determined that the bike’s wheels are completely jacked up and wobbly. Therefore it is causing big problems in brake assembly. We will have to get the wheels evaluated and will have to adjust the spokes. So very frustrating.

Firmstrong Bike is the best bike choice We bought a Firmstrong bike for our 8 year old daughter who absolutely loves it! Very strong, durable, comfortable, fashionable and reliable. It kind of resembles a mini beach cruiser. Such a great buy. I would recommend this brand to anyone looking for a new comfortable bike.

Awesome cruisers! I ordered a Firmstrong Urban Deluxe for myself. I wanted something really comfortable that I could stretch out and enjoy the ride. It has a super smooth ride and always gets me there in comfort. I recommend this bike to anyone over six feet tall who wants to sit back and relax while cruising.
