We bought 2 Firmstrong bikes back in… We bought 2 Firmstrong bikes back in February just before the big COVID19 adventure began. We ride almost every day and they have been perfect! From order to shipping/receiving and assembly...all was very easy! Exactly what we were looking for and will definitely buy again. Ordered a bike in may which said would… Ordered a bike in may which said would ship on June 8th which is the only reason I ordered form this company. I received 2 different emails which stated my order would ship on schedule. The passed and no shipping details so I contacted them, they now tell me August 21st. Absolutely horrible customer service. I will never do business with them again.

2 months later - still don't have all the bike parts and ZERO communications I ordered my wife a bike for her Birthday in March. Almost two months later I have a collection of bike parts that do not add up to a Bike. I understand there are challenges with COVID, but there's no excuse for never getting back to customers who have paid for your product and have part of it delivered. There's no excuse for having a phone number listed that doesn't work. Clearly this company over-extended itself in an effort to capitalize on the higher demand for bikes that this virus has brought and is not able or willing to fulfill the orders that have been placed. The lack of communication is the worst part.

There aren't any instructions in the… There aren't any instructions in the box. Its mostly straightforward to assemble until you get to the part of adding the fenders. Then there is a box of bolts with no instructions. No PDF online to download, can sort of find videos of assembly but not of the specific bike, just on how to assemble the men's bike.

Really enjoying my Firmstrong Beach… Really enjoying my Firmstrong Beach Cruiser. Initially bought it so I can use it on the beach at Siesta Key in Florida for the month we stay there in February/March. Now that I’m home back in Connecticut, I find myself finding trails(pavement) in my immediate area that I ride quite often. It’s low maintenance , and suits all my needs to relax and exercise . Thanks so much for the great deal!
