Really enjoying my Firmstrong Beach… Really enjoying my Firmstrong Beach Cruiser. Initially bought it so I can use it on the beach at Siesta Key in Florida for the month we stay there in February/March. Now that I’m home back in Connecticut, I find myself finding trails(pavement) in my immediate area that I ride quite often. It’s low maintenance , and suits all my needs to relax and exercise . BUYER BEWARE Re: order # FS 7366 Ordered bike for daughters graduation in April 13, 2020, received Fed-Ex tracking info.etc. .bike never received,.called,I was told their out of stock!,.email stated to provide a $50.0 refund,..never received!..Finally received bike in November, parts missing/decals, etc...BUYER BEWARE!..to file a claim with Amex

Firmstrong Bike is the best bike choice We bought a Firmstrong bike for our 8 year old daughter who absolutely loves it! Very strong, durable, comfortable, fashionable and reliable. It kind of resembles a mini beach cruiser. Such a great buy. I would recommend this brand to anyone looking for a new comfortable bike.

Be kind...it's a rare thing these days Be kind...it's a rare thing these days. I ordered 2 bikes back in May and one got delivered in late Aug and the other yesterday. The bikes are exactly as described and are wonderful to ride. I admit, their communications could have been a lot better (understatement) but given you couldn't find a bicycle anywhere for months on end, I expected the delay and I'm happy with my purchases. With so many businesses going out of business b/c of this pandemic, I'm happy to support all American businesses. My hope is that Firmstrong recognizes that a little communication could go a long way in keeping people happy b/c their product is awesome.

Great Bike and Great Service I ordered my Bruiser during the peak of the pandemic when bikes were extremely scarce. Firmstrong kept in touch with me and kept me updated on the status of my order. They were really great about communicating and were willing to refund my purchase at any time. When the bike arrived it was well packaged and in perfect condition. Assembly was easy and I was riding in less than 30 minutes! I love my new Firmstrong Bruiser
