Great Bike and Great Service I ordered my Bruiser during the peak of the pandemic when bikes were extremely scarce. Firmstrong kept in touch with me and kept me updated on the status of my order. They were really great about communicating and were willing to refund my purchase at any time. When the bike arrived it was well packaged and in perfect condition. I ordered a Firmstrong Beach Cruiser… I ordered a Firmstrong Beach Cruiser and this bike is awesome. Better than anticipated. Solid construction, smooth finishes. Some assembly was required but very easy to do. I did order during the pandemic which caused Delivery delays but the company did their best to keep me updated.

Best bike! When I moved to Santa Monica I needed a reliable bike and Firmstrong has been exactly that. I was able to put it together in less than an hour and it's worked great. The only complaint I have is the handlebar padding is showing some wear after minimal use and 4 months of ownership.

Firmstrong Bikes was…my "Season Ticket" to cycling! My experience with Firmstrong Bikes was some what troubling...in a good way. Reaching a decision on which type of beach bike to purchase was difficult due to the options available, which was a pleasant surprise. Finally, after several days of reading reviews and researching the reliability of the companies' response to consumers I was sold. Matte black, three speed - 26 inch Urban Man was the choice. Shipping was a positive experience as was a reasonable amount of assembly. The links to Beach Bikes video library help with any questions concerning the care and maintenance. Overall, for the money spent... a true value in bicycling!
