Best bike! When I moved to Santa Monica I needed a reliable bike and Firmstrong has been exactly that. I was able to put it together in less than an hour and it's worked great. The only complaint I have is the handlebar padding is showing some wear after minimal use and 4 months of ownership.

I ordered my bike early in the… I ordered my bike early in the pandemic, and it took months to receive it. That said, I received regular email updates from Firmstrong advising of COVID-related delays with their manufacturers, etc, all of which I thought was understandable and I chose not to cancel my order and wait it out. When I finally received the bike, it was easy to assemble and in great condition. I'm really happy with it and glad I held out.

Great Bike and Great Service I ordered my Bruiser during the peak of the pandemic when bikes were extremely scarce. Firmstrong kept in touch with me and kept me updated on the status of my order. They were really great about communicating and were willing to refund my purchase at any time. When the bike arrived it was well packaged and in perfect condition.
