Best bike! When I moved to Santa Monica I needed a reliable bike and Firmstrong has been exactly that. I was able to put it together in less than an hour and it's worked great. The only complaint I have is the handlebar padding is showing some wear after minimal use and 4 months of ownership.

Great Bike and Great Service I ordered my Bruiser during the peak of the pandemic when bikes were extremely scarce. Firmstrong kept in touch with me and kept me updated on the status of my order. They were really great about communicating and were willing to refund my purchase at any time. When the bike arrived it was well packaged and in perfect condition. I ordered my bike early in the… I ordered my bike early in the pandemic, and it took months to receive it. That said, I received regular email updates from Firmstrong advising of COVID-related delays with their manufacturers, etc, all of which I thought was understandable and I chose not to cancel my order and wait it out. When I finally received the bike, it was easy to assemble and in great condition. I'm really happy with it and glad I held out.

The best part of these bikes are the rich paint applications and color combinations. We chose a vanilla/yellow with bronze rims for our older daughter - Scottsdale, AZ.

Awesome cruisers! I ordered a Firmstrong Urban Deluxe for myself. I wanted something really comfortable that I could stretch out and enjoy the ride. It has a super smooth ride and always gets me there in comfort. I recommend this bike to anyone over six feet tall who wants to sit back and relax while cruising. I also ordered a Bella Classic for my daughter. She our crew her first bike with training wheels and I wanted her to have a bike she would enjoy. We Crusoe the neighborhood together in style!
