GBReally enjoying my Firmstrong Beach… Really enjoying my Firmstrong Beach Cruiser. Initially bought it so I can use it on the beach at Siesta Key in Florida for the month we stay there in February/March. Now that I’m home back in Connecticut, I find myself finding trails(pavement) in my immediate area that I ride quite often. It’s low maintenance , and suits all my needs to relax and exercise . Thanks so much for the great deal!

GB2 months later - still don't have all the bike parts and ZERO communications I ordered my wife a bike for her Birthday in March. Almost two months later I have a collection of bike parts that do not add up to a Bike. I understand there are challenges with COVID, but there's no excuse for never getting back to customers who have paid for your product and have part of it delivered. There's no excuse for having a phone number listed that doesn't work. Clearly this company over-extended itself in an effort to capitalize on the higher demand for bikes that this virus has brought and is not able or willing to fulfill the orders that have been placed. The lack of communication is the worst part.

GBSteer Clear. Zero Customer Service Contacts. I wish I'd come here before shopping with this company. My experience seems mild in comparison, honestly. Ordered a bike a week ago, and have received no updates. There is zero way to reach this company. Email will come back with an error about a full inbox. Tried their email form on their site, which I would imagine hits the same full inbox (no response). I'll be disputing the payment with my bank if I don't hear back on the two week mark. Feel like that's pretty generous.

GBI ordered my bike early in the… I ordered my bike early in the pandemic, and it took months to receive it. That said, I received regular email updates from Firmstrong advising of COVID-related delays with their manufacturers, etc, all of which I thought was understandable and I chose not to cancel my order and wait it out. When I finally received the bike, it was easy to assemble and in great condition. I'm really happy with it and glad I held out.

GBFirmstrong Bikes was…my "Season Ticket" to cycling! My experience with Firmstrong Bikes was some what troubling...in a good way. Reaching a decision on which type of beach bike to purchase was difficult due to the options available, which was a pleasant surprise. Finally, after several days of reading reviews and researching the reliability of the companies' response to consumers I was sold. Matte black, three speed - 26 inch Urban Man was the choice. Shipping was a positive experience as was a reasonable amount of assembly. The links to Beach Bikes video library help with any questions concerning the care and maintenance. Overall, for the money spent... a true value in bicycling!
