Awesome cruisers! I ordered a Firmstrong Urban Deluxe for myself. I wanted something really comfortable that I could stretch out and enjoy the ride. It has a super smooth ride and always gets me there in comfort. I recommend this bike to anyone over six feet tall who wants to sit back and relax while cruising. I also ordered a Bella Classic for my daughter. She our crew her first bike with training wheels and I wanted her to have a bike she would enjoy. We Crusoe the neighborhood together in style!

Poor assembly instructions and wobbly wheels After struggling with vague, undetailed assembly instructions, we have determined that the bike’s wheels are completely jacked up and wobbly. Therefore it is causing big problems in brake assembly. We will have to get the wheels evaluated and will have to adjust the spokes. So very frustrating.

Very satisfied customer This is our second bike from this great company. Materials are well made and instructions thorough and easy to follow. The best part of these bikes are the rich paint applications and color combinations. We chose a vanilla/yellow with bronze rims for our older daughter - Scottsdale, AZ.

Firmstrong Bikes was…my "Season Ticket" to cycling! My experience with Firmstrong Bikes was some what troubling...in a good way. Reaching a decision on which type of beach bike to purchase was difficult due to the options available, which was a pleasant surprise. Finally, after several days of reading reviews and researching the reliability of the companies' response to consumers I was sold. Matte black, three speed - 26 inch Urban Man was the choice. Shipping was a positive experience as was a reasonable amount of assembly. The links to Beach Bikes video library help with any questions concerning the care and maintenance. Overall, for the money spent... a true value in bicycling!

Ordered a Mens Chief 3 speed in grey… Ordered a Mens Chief 3 speed in grey and black on Saturday 10/17, it arrived on a Wednesday 10/21, granted I live within a 1 day shipping area. I used to own a Bruiser which I loved, and after a few years decided to get back into riding. I bought online and afterwards read a few reviews about shipping taking forever and poor customer service, so I was skeptical... Fortunately I didn't have any of these issues. I've had great experiences with their products in the past and am excited for the years to come with this new bike.
