My bike was incredibly well-made and easy to assemble… It took me less than an hour to put it together and I was riding in no time. GBGreat Bike and Great Service I ordered my Bruiser during the peak of the pandemic when bikes were extremely scarce. Firmstrong kept in touch with me and kept me updated on the status of my order. They were really great about communicating and were willing to refund my purchase at any time. When the bike arrived it was well packaged and in perfect condition. GBFirmstrong Bikes was…my "Season Ticket" to cycling! My experience with Firmstrong Bikes was some what troubling...in a good way. Reaching a decision on which type of beach bike to purchase was difficult due to the options available, which was a pleasant surprise. Finally, after several days of reading reviews and researching the reliability of the companies' response to consumers I was sold. Matte black, three speed - 26 inch Urban Man was the choice. Shipping was a positive experience as was a reasonable amount of assembly. The links to Beach Bikes video library help with any questions concerning the care and maintenance. Overall, for the money spent... a true value in bicycling!

GBBe kind...it's a rare thing these days Be kind...it's a rare thing these days. I ordered 2 bikes back in May and one got delivered in late Aug and the other yesterday. The bikes are exactly as described and are wonderful to ride. I admit, their communications could have been a lot better (understatement) but given you couldn't find a bicycle anywhere for months on end, I expected the delay and I'm happy with my purchases. With so many businesses going out of business b/c of this pandemic, I'm happy to support all American businesses. My hope is that Firmstrong recognizes that a little communication could go a long way in keeping people happy b/c their product is awesome.
