Ordered a Mens Chief 3 speed in grey… Ordered a Mens Chief 3 speed in grey and black on Saturday 10/17, it arrived on a Wednesday 10/21, granted I live within a 1 day shipping area. I used to own a Bruiser which I loved, and after a few years decided to get back into riding. I bought online and afterwards read a few reviews about shipping taking forever and poor customer service, so I was skeptical... Fortunately I didn't have any of these issues. I've had great experiences with their products in the past and am excited for the years to come with this new bike.

Loved having my Beach Bike through the… Loved having my Beach Bike through the COVID season- gave me a chance to get out and keep moving! My bike was incredibly well-made and easy to assemble… It took me less than an hour to put it together and I was riding in no time. I highly recommend purchasing as well as utilizing customer service for your support as you put your bike together. They are excellent in helping you achieve success!

Best bike! When I moved to Santa Monica I needed a reliable bike and Firmstrong has been exactly that. I was able to put it together in less than an hour and it's worked great. The only complaint I have is the handlebar padding is showing some wear after minimal use and 4 months of ownership.

Poor assembly instructions and wobbly wheels After struggling with vague, undetailed assembly instructions, we have determined that the bike’s wheels are completely jacked up and wobbly. Therefore it is causing big problems in brake assembly. We will have to get the wheels evaluated and will have to adjust the spokes. So very frustrating.

I ordered a Firmstrong Beach Cruiser… I ordered a Firmstrong Beach Cruiser and this bike is awesome. Better than anticipated. Solid construction, smooth finishes. Some assembly was required but very easy to do. I did order during the pandemic which caused Delivery delays but the company did their best to keep me updated.
