GB2 months later - still don't have all the bike parts and ZERO communications I ordered my wife a bike for her Birthday in March. Almost two months later I have a collection of bike parts that do not add up to a Bike. I understand there are challenges with COVID, but there's no excuse for never getting back to customers who have paid for your product and have part of it delivered. There's no excuse for having a phone number listed that doesn't work. Clearly this company over-extended itself in an effort to capitalize on the higher demand for bikes that this virus has brought and is not able or willing to fulfill the orders that have been placed. The lack of communication is the worst part.

My bike was incredibly well-made and easy to assemble… It took me less than an hour to put it together and I was riding in no time. I highly recommend purchasing as well as utilizing customer service for your support as you put your bike together. They are excellent in helping you achieve success!

GBFirmstrong Bike is the best bike choice We bought a Firmstrong bike for our 8 year old daughter who absolutely loves it! Very strong, durable, comfortable, fashionable and reliable. It kind of resembles a mini beach cruiser. Such a great buy. I would recommend this brand to anyone looking for a new comfortable bike.

GBOrdered a Mens Chief 3 speed in grey… Ordered a Mens Chief 3 speed in grey and black on Saturday 10/17, it arrived on a Wednesday 10/21, granted I live within a 1 day shipping area. I used to own a Bruiser which I loved, and after a few years decided to get back into riding. I bought online and afterwards read a few reviews about shipping taking forever and poor customer service, so I was skeptical... Fortunately I didn't have any of these issues. I've had great experiences with their products in the past and am excited for the years to come with this new bike.

GBBUYER BEWARE Re: order # FS 7366 Ordered bike for daughters graduation in April 13, 2020, received Fed-Ex tracking info.etc. .bike never received,.called,I was told their out of stock!,.email stated to provide a $50.0 refund,..never received!..Finally received bike in November, parts missing/decals, etc...BUYER BEWARE!..to file a claim with Amex
