Great Bike and Great Service I ordered my Bruiser during the peak of the pandemic when bikes were extremely scarce. Firmstrong kept in touch with me and kept me updated on the status of my order. They were really great about communicating and were willing to refund my purchase at any time. When the bike arrived it was well packaged and in perfect condition. Assembly was easy and I was riding in less than 30 minutes! I love my new Firmstrong Bruiser

2 months later - still don't have all the bike parts and ZERO communications I ordered my wife a bike for her Birthday in March. Almost two months later I have a collection of bike parts that do not add up to a Bike. I understand there are challenges with COVID, but there's no excuse for never getting back to customers who have paid for your product and have part of it delivered. There's no excuse for having a phone number listed that doesn't work. Clearly this company over-extended itself in an effort to capitalize on the higher demand for bikes that this virus has brought and is not able or willing to fulfill the orders that have been placed. The lack of communication is the worst part.

From order to shipping/receiving and assembly...all was very easy! Exactly what we were looking for and will definitely buy again. Awesome cruisers! I ordered a Firmstrong Urban Deluxe for myself. I wanted something really comfortable that I could stretch out and enjoy the ride. It has a super smooth ride and always gets me there in comfort. I recommend this bike to anyone over six feet tall who wants to sit back and relax while cruising. I also ordered a Bella Classic for my daughter. She our crew her first bike with training wheels and I wanted her to have a bike she would enjoy. We Crusoe the neighborhood together in style!
