USBe kind...it's a rare thing these days Be kind...it's a rare thing these days. I ordered 2 bikes back in May and one got delivered in late Aug and the other yesterday. The bikes are exactly as described and are wonderful to ride. I admit, their communications could have been a lot better (understatement) but given you couldn't find a bicycle anywhere for months on end, I expected the delay and I'm happy with my purchases. With so many businesses going out of business b/c of this pandemic, I'm happy to support all American businesses. My hope is that Firmstrong recognizes that a little communication could go a long way in keeping people happy b/c their product is awesome.

USOrdered a bike in may which said would… Ordered a bike in may which said would ship on June 8th which is the only reason I ordered form this company. I received 2 different emails which stated my order would ship on schedule. The passed and no shipping details so I contacted them, they now tell me August 21st. Absolutely horrible customer service. I will never do business with them again.

USSteer Clear. Zero Customer Service Contacts. I wish I'd come here before shopping with this company. My experience seems mild in comparison, honestly. Ordered a bike a week ago, and have received no updates. There is zero way to reach this company. Email will come back with an error about a full inbox. Tried their email form on their site, which I would imagine hits the same full inbox (no response). I'll be disputing the payment with my bank if I don't hear back on the two week mark. Feel like that's pretty generous.

US2 months later - still don't have all the bike parts and ZERO communications I ordered my wife a bike for her Birthday in March. Almost two months later I have a collection of bike parts that do not add up to a Bike. I understand there are challenges with COVID, but there's no excuse for never getting back to customers who have paid for your product and have part of it delivered. There's no excuse for having a phone number listed that doesn't work. Clearly this company over-extended itself in an effort to capitalize on the higher demand for bikes that this virus has brought and is not able or willing to fulfill the orders that have been placed. The lack of communication is the worst part.

USPoor assembly instructions and wobbly wheels After struggling with vague, undetailed assembly instructions, we have determined that the bike’s wheels are completely jacked up and wobbly. Therefore it is causing big problems in brake assembly. We will have to get the wheels evaluated and will have to adjust the spokes. So very frustrating.
