GBOrdered a Mens Chief 3 speed in grey… Ordered a Mens Chief 3 speed in grey and black on Saturday 10/17, it arrived on a Wednesday 10/21, granted I live within a 1 day shipping area. I used to own a Bruiser which I loved, and after a few years decided to get back into riding. I bought online and afterwards read a few reviews about shipping taking forever and poor customer service, so I was skeptical... Fortunately I didn't have any of these issues. I've had great experiences with their products in the past and am excited for the years to come with this new bike.

GBThere aren't any instructions in the… There aren't any instructions in the box. Its mostly straightforward to assemble until you get to the part of adding the fenders. Then there is a box of bolts with no instructions. No PDF online to download, can sort of find videos of assembly but not of the specific bike, just on how to assemble the men's bike.

GBBe kind...it's a rare thing these days Be kind...it's a rare thing these days. I ordered 2 bikes back in May and one got delivered in late Aug and the other yesterday. The bikes are exactly as described and are wonderful to ride. I admit, their communications could have been a lot better (understatement) but given you couldn't find a bicycle anywhere for months on end, I expected the delay and I'm happy with my purchases. With so many businesses going out of business b/c of this pandemic, I'm happy to support all American businesses. My hope is that Firmstrong recognizes that a little communication could go a long way in keeping people happy b/c their product is awesome.
