Marking tape Be very careful with the tape. There was only 12 inches to spare so don't over cut anything! I found myself gathering up cut off pieces to finish the last line. I would have thought there would be a few extra feet but not the case!

Omni racquet There was a minor glitch about an email saying when the racquet would arrive and then shipping was delayed. When it was overdue, I emailed concern and got a quick response. FYI: bought: Selkirk Omni 31P XO Graphite Polymer Glen Peterson Pickleball Paddle ----- it is a great racquet! It is perfect for how I hit! Only had it a week before it went - missing - BUMMER - so ordering another.

Poor Order Process Fist order from our Club (330 members) Up Took my order hit my credit card received shipping confirmation then got a letter they were not in stock were were looking for new ball source and new ball type so this was just an order for samples our typical ball order is $700 to $1000 later they found them but in the mean time I had told club we're going to try a new type of ball -- hold that no we're not --- hold that yes we rare

very unhappy i was very dissatisfied with the whole transaction and would never order anything from them again. i would not have posted this but they asked for a recommendation. screwed up order, slow shipping, snotty response to my emails and no communication. the paddle was fine when it finally arrived drop shipped from Florida.

Good customer service I ordered a paddle and balls from Ultra Pickleball. The paddle came in 2 days from the manufacturer. I sent an email about the balls a week later and they were shipped immediately due to an oversight. I got them the next day. Great company to deal with.
