Where is my order? I have not received my order in over a week unlike my first order which I received within a week. I have asked if there is a tracking number, but have received no reply.

Good customer service I ordered a paddle and balls from Ultra Pickleball. The paddle came in 2 days from the manufacturer. I sent an email about the balls a week later and they were shipped immediately due to an oversight. I got them the next day. Great company to deal with.

temp pickle ball court lines I will be sending the temp yellow lines back. They seemed like a good idea, but we still had to tape the lines in order to have lines to use during play. If all the lines had been filled in and we could have just rolled them out to have a whole court to play they would have been fine. However, each piece was just a few inches long and all the gaps made it hard to tell where the lines should have been. I would not recommend the product unless you make them so they will fill the whole court.

Very Pleased I had a very good experience dealing with Ultrapickleball. The product was as describe and was shipped fairly quickly. I would consider purchasing from this company again.

very unhappy i was very dissatisfied with the whole transaction and would never order anything from them again. i would not have posted this but they asked for a recommendation. screwed up order, slow shipping, snotty response to my emails and no communication. the paddle was fine when it finally arrived drop shipped from Florida.
