Shipping cost made these balls too expensive I actually thought I was buying the new style of ball, which turned out not to be the case. The biggest issue was the shipping cost of $7.50 on an order of $14.99 that significantly raised the per ball cost so I won't be using this site again.

very unhappy i was very dissatisfied with the whole transaction and would never order anything from them again. i would not have posted this but they asked for a recommendation. screwed up order, slow shipping, snotty response to my emails and no communication. the paddle was fine when it finally arrived drop shipped from Florida.

Disappointed with service I placed an order for a paddle and waited for a week for it to arive only to find out the order was out stock. This should have been known to the customer at time of order so I would not have wasted my time waiting on the shipment. This is very poor service and will not use this company in the future nor do i reccomend it to anybody else.

Poor Order Process Fist order from our Club (330 members) Up Took my order hit my credit card received shipping confirmation then got a letter they were not in stock were were looking for new ball source and new ball type so this was just an order for samples our typical ball order is $700 to $1000 later they found them but in the mean time I had told club we're going to try a new type of ball -- hold that no we're not --- hold that yes we rare
