Good customer service I ordered a paddle and balls from Ultra Pickleball. The paddle came in 2 days from the manufacturer. I sent an email about the balls a week later and they were shipped immediately due to an oversight. I got them the next day. Great company to deal with.

Bantam EX-L Composite Pickleball Paddle This is my second paddle I've purchased and I would highly recommend Ultra Pickleball. The fact that I could try for 30 days was a big incentive for me. Great delivery of a good racket I have recently started playing pickleball and this is my first pickleball racket purchase. The racket was reasonably priced (especially for a beginner) and was delivered in a matter of days. After using the racket for a few weeks, I am very pleased with the racket's feel. Would recommend to other players.

Marking tape Be very careful with the tape. There was only 12 inches to spare so don't over cut anything! I found myself gathering up cut off pieces to finish the last line. I would have thought there would be a few extra feet but not the case!

Disappointed with service I placed an order for a paddle and waited for a week for it to arive only to find out the order was out stock. This should have been known to the customer at time of order so I would not have wasted my time waiting on the shipment. This is very poor service and will not use this company in the future nor do i reccomend it to anybody else.
