Good customer service I ordered a paddle and balls from Ultra Pickleball. The paddle came in 2 days from the manufacturer. I sent an email about the balls a week later and they were shipped immediately due to an oversight. I got them the next day. Great company to deal with.

Great delivery of a good racket I have recently started playing pickleball and this is my first pickleball racket purchase. The racket was reasonably priced (especially for a beginner) and was delivered in a matter of days. After using the racket for a few weeks, I am very pleased with the racket's feel.
