GBSomeone messed up down the line in… Someone messed up down the line in Shipping from California the 1st bike got shipped to Chicago they sent me a bike next day delivery waved the original Shipping. 2nd note the new bike had a bad tube and they are sending one on the house thanks for your support.

GBAwful customer service Unfortunately, there's no option for zero stars. The customer service is awful, if you call about a return. Customers get rudely treated. I received defective bindings on Wed. I called within an hour of them being delivered. Dylan was snotty and unfriendly. Borderline belittling. He seemed to enjoy the ability to give me a hard time as I'm now stuck with defective bindings. I was eventually told I would receive a return label that same day or the next morning, which has not happened. I've called customer service, left emails, contacted them on their website and also through Facebook. Still no response. After today, I will be filing a claim with my credit card company, better business bureau and contacting every person in headquarters that I can. Please don't do business here. Backcountry has amazingly friendly, knowledgeable customer service. They will go above and beyond for their customers. I ordered everything I needed by calling Backcountry, explaining my awful experience with the house. They gave me a great discount and free next day shipping. Also free returns if necessary.

GBOrdered skies and bindings Ordered skies and bindings. I paid for expedited shipping. The order arrived 10 days after purchase and the binding are missing. I am sending the skies back and disputing the charges on my credit card. The house was a great place to order from a few years ago. I have been ordering gear from the house for several years. Something must have happened. I recommend shopping somewhere else.

GBWaiting for refund after return. I rated you 3 stars because I’m as yet uncertain as to my experience. The jacket was too tall and thin for me so I’ve returned it, following all the instructions. I have my FedEx receipt but have heard nothing more and have no refund. My experience will either be 5 stars or 1 star depending on how well you handle the refund. I’m adding to my review to increase it to 5 stars because you handled my refund professionally and expeditiously. Thank you for that.

GBOne star is too generous One star is too generous. Whatever you do, do not buy someone a gift card for this store. If it doesn’t work online, there is NO USEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Online chat will tell you the problem requires ordering by phone, but no one ever picks up the phone. Basically, they steal from customers.
